Excellent company to deal with for furnace needs. I appreciate that they give a heads up phone call for when the technician will arrive. Technicians have all been friendly and explain what they did to service my furnace. They helped fix an issue with my furnace that another company couldn’t figure out after multiple service calls. I highly recommend AMR !
Technician was not patient with customer questions about service. Didn’t present like he wanted to be there and wasn’t very thorough.
Tenant was not available for a review. The service in the past has been excellant.

Amarcus was punctual, knowledgeable and just really good! With temperatures in the high 90's he wasted no time fixing our AC. We Highly Recommend his service! The kind receptionist was professional and so kind too.

Wonderful business. Called them Monday came out that day to inspect. They had tomorrow Thursday open, but I am out of town on work and we are expecting a heat wave this weekend. I have a special needs pet, that depends on a regulated air quality to breath, (multiple respiratory issues). They rearranged their schedule to come out today, Wednesday, the last day I would be in town until next week. Professional, fast quality service. Respectful of the landscape around my HVAC unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING THEM TODAY. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
The day before a blizzard, my wife wakes me up with "I smell gas"...I go into the basement and sure enough, a nice pool of fuel is coming up through the basement fuel near our boiler. I figure it's going to take a miracle to get our heat back up and running before the cold hits...but AMR came through. I got their number from our oil guy & they did not disappoint. The customer service rep (wish I could remember her name) was helpful, gave me a quote & let me know when the crew would be in the neighborhood for this last-minute repair. They did a stellar job, I could not be more pleased with their quality of work. They also pointed some things out that my prior service technicians had left undone. I'm very glad to have found AMR and will use them for everything from now on.
Put in my furnace great with service calls
We acquired an old house with a ton of issues, including boiler problems. AMR came out *on time*, right when they said they would, and did the work *for the price they said it would be*. I'm contrasting this with all the rest of the work we need to do on the house, where everyone else says "sorry we're booked out for the next two months", or "it's going to be a hundred bucks for an estimate", doesn't show up at all, or doesn't even answer their phone. Also I didn't see Marcus wearing a cape but he is a freaking superhero.
Amillio came out to help us figure out why the upstairs was not heating up. He quickly diagnosed the issue and also took the time to educate me on some basics as he was working on it. He charged a reasonable fee and encouraged me to call him with any questions. Excellent customer service and price!
