Punctual: called the office at 8 and Sean and Sam were here at 10. They were courteous and respectful to us and the house. They took their time diagnosing a bathtub leak and were not anxious to start ripping things apart.
These guys are great. They are professional, experienced, and do great work.

They are very professional and responsive. I had an emergency and called them on Sunday. The customer service was very professional and got my questions very clear and back to me in 10 minutes for an early morning appointment next day. The worker ( Christopher Grant) was very nice and worked hard to identify the problem. I called quite some companies found from google they are the best!

I reached out to them a year after the install to ask a small question about a connection, got an immediate response. The level of responsiveness and customer service is exemplary. And in addition, the work they did was wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the West Roxbury area.
We always and only use Vaughan Plumbing! Our most recent crisis was a massive leak in our refrigerator on the night before Easter! Panic!!!! Greg was able to get the water line to the fridge turned off and his team came back on Monday to do full repairs. Always loyal, responsive and great quality.
I've called Vaughn Plumbing and Heating twice now for two different issues over 2 years. They were incredibly responsive, fast, & professional. I'm very grateful for their work and highly recommend their service. I found them because they left a sticker on the water heater they must have installed in our home prior to our purchase. They've done a great job every time we need them. First was a hot water not coming to kitchen sink and the second was a hose faucet leaking behind the shingles and into the basement. Both were quick fixes and their team was great.
Vaughn plumbing is very responsive, they answer calls/texts and show up when they say they will! Thus far the quality of work has been great. I will use them again!!!
I called Vaughn plumbing to come repair a leaking pipe. The owner was very responsive and his team came out the next morning to give a quote. I had the quote back within a few hours, including a couple options I asked for. After I agreed they were able to complete the work the very next day. The work was professionally done and a good value. Thanks Vaughn!
Once again were great to work with. This time was for a new furnace and hot water heater. They were responsive, easy to coordinate with, quick, and clean. Their work which was all inclusive (i.e. electrical, permits, etc.), which other Company's did not seem to offer, or if they did, was at an additional cost. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing/heating issue and would highly recommend.
Called at 9:30am about a gas leak in a flex line. They were onsite at 10am! Fixed another 30-45 minutes later. They also were able to fix a toilet issue we were having while onsite as well. Very professional with prompt timing and excellent communication and most importantly excellent work. Great job by Greg, Sean, and team!!
Competitive pricing on my routine faucet repair. Some miscommunication between office people and on site personnel but easily fixed. Work was done quickly and professionally. Six months later had a gas leak. Greg got back to me right away. Set up an appointment, guys arrived on time and got it fixed quickly. Young professional crew. Vaughn is definitely my plumber from now on.
Called about a heating issue. George the owner sent out 2 great guys very respectful. They thought it could be my thermostat. Waited an hour or so, still had the same issue. Called back the owner George came out. He said he thought it could be the pumps. Told me he would look into a price to replace them. Week goes by text him he blew me off. Called him he said he still looking to source the pumps. Another week goes by and he completely blew me off ! You have 5 star reviews but your customer service is null. 0 stars if I could! If you didn’t think you could fix the problem just tell me and I’d be happy to call the next company on the list! Don’t waste my time! Won’t hire them again nor would I ever recommend to anyone
