Amazing - they came in to do a cleaning service of our heating & a/c system and did an amazing job. The also were very helpful explaining and clarifying all the questions I asked. I highly recommend!

Theses people are horrible..they over charge for everything. I called to question my bill and spoke to an abrupt woman. I got a new thermostat $192 for it...which is overpriced and apparently that took an hour and a half to replace as per the woman on the phone. this is outrageous ...oh and $185 an hour. They also put a new inducer Motor $960...looked up that too..overpriced. Four hours in total...which is ridiculously wrong! $2008.50 for it all. I will never use theses people again. There is a reason they have a bad rating.

We had a water leak in the basement from one of the coldest weekends this winter. Demelo was prompt in responding to our emergency call and also send someone out to our place the next afternoon as promised. Aidan was quick, responsive and knew exactly what he was doing and he was able to isolate the problem and get the water turned on to the house which he made it a priority and was extremely helpful as we had it turned off for almost one day. The follow up visit to fix the water line to the refrigerator was scheduled by Kathy who was also responsive and prompt. All the issues are resolved now and we are up and running. Thanks a lot to everyone.

Aiden arrived on time and ready to solve the issue. Three flex ducts had to be repaired, patched or reconnected. He explained the problems, repaired everything and cleaned the work space. Highly recommend Demelo to others

They did a good job but it is hard to believe that prices are fair.. $200.00 for 2 shut off valves and $185. An hour for service with a minimum of 2 hours....$370....cost me $679. Total for the job....way over priced...i do not believe that it should cost this much for what was done....i will not be calling again......

It all starts with the front office. Donna always answered the phone when I was calling for information and a quote. When she needed to call me back with information she didn't know, she called back right away, not hours later. Then the plumbers were on time, respectful of my property, answered all my questions about the new water heater and about the install itself. Overall a very professional company. I will stay with DeMelo as a plumbing service from now on.

They performed the work ok on the boiler repair. Thus the reason for 2 not 1 star. But they over charged us big time so not happy about it. You'll see other 1 star review for the same reason. Also BBB complaints on the same topic. On top of $185/hr labor, they charge you for driving from their office to your house at $185/hr plus $35 (travel charge). My town was listed as the service area in their web page. But that didn't matter. Also the part costs were 2-3 times the retail. For example the auto fill valve was billed at $440 but I found it was $130 at Homedepot. They had a lame argument for the over charge- they happened to have it in the truck.

We were having trouble with our furnace. It was only blowing cold. Demelo sent someone over straight away to have a look. The job wasn't pretty as it involved climbing around in an attic crawl space. But the guy sent out was super friendly and knowledgeable. He described everything he was doing, and taught me quite a bit about how my home heating system worked. I was also amused that he tried to give me credit for fixing the problem in front of my chilled wife. She knew better, but it was a great customer interaction. The problem was sorted, the heat was running, and we all had a good laugh. I will definitely be calling this team again if I have issues. Thank you

Expensive and unnecessary charge. They told me to replace with a new water heater, but other plumbers are able to repair by replacing the gone elements, which cost only 1/5 of Demelo's quote. In addition to the service call fee, they also charged me the travel fee and not communicated with me beforehand. The reason I gave 2 stars is because techincian did show up on time. In all, I wouldn't recommend their services.

They charged me more than $3000 to replace Triangle Tube tankless Boiler. In less than a year the boiler started leaking. I called them they said not our problem. I hired a plumber to inspect the leak and he indicated that the leak was caused by a corrasion from the top of the tank because they did not do a good job welding the incoming water supply pipe. That incoming water supply pipe was slowly drippings which caused the outer case of the tank to corrodes. I end up replacing the entire boiler and it cost me more than $14,000. STAY AWAY FROM DEMELO and Christine McCarthy. Me calling them and asking to fix the issue , they call it harassment Here is the email they sent me Again, the issues you are having are in no way related to any work Demelo did or did not do, as you have been told by both Demelo and the Triangle Tube representatives and therefore we would ask that you do not continue to constantly contact our staff and harrass them.
