We used Rodenhiser for a deck replacement project. Ralph was our lead carpenter and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The quality of the work was exceptional and you can feel it underfoot. The whole team was great and very accommodating to get things wrapped up before our party.
Michael the tech was a pro. Diagnosed and fixed our AC issue straight away. He couldn't have been more informative or more pleasant. Rodenhiser is a top quality shop.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Beware, these guys are rip-offs and unprofessional. They increase their costs for contract customers without letting them know of it, and then they threaten to cancel an appointment or not book one if you try to ask them why they didn't notify their customers after almost doubling the trip charge from $80 to $150 (on top of the annual maintenance contract cost). And this all is on top of already exorbitant costs they charge for any repairs or specific work they've to do. Even if I could ignore the latter because the current financial environment sucks, but increasing the trip charge costs and giving sticker shock to contract customers when they're calling to make an urgent appointment is just bad business. Looks like all their success and earlier reviews have gotten to their heads.

It is a pleasure to write this review. We had Rodenhiser replace our kitchen faucet which lead to hiring the company for general plumbing maintenance. Christopher Heafey and his apprentice AJ arrived for the initial service appointment: *On Time * Extremely well presented: neat, clean cut, donned booties upon entering our home, professional, polite yet friendly demeanor *Excellent communication skills: listened to our request, examined the current faucet we wanted to replicate, found it, ordered it, summarized maintenance services offered by Rodenhiser in an understandable manner, left a business card in case we had questions and gave us an estimated time frame The call center is outstanding. *When you call the company your call is answered immediately and you are told how long the wait time is, how many calls are ahead of you and asked if you would like a call back instead of waiting. When the professional is coming to your home you receive a text with the photo of the person and approximate arrival time. *Every single employee I had any communication with was polite, articulate and helpful. The experience was beyond expectations and we are most appreciative and grateful for the service.
Gabby was amazing! She arrived on time to perform my annual system check on my air conditioning system and found the downstairs zone needed a new damper, contacted her warehouse to have it delivered and voila! Thanks to Gabby I now won't have to freeze downstairs so my son can be cool upstairs. Extra nice people providing extra great service. Gabby put the extra in ordinary!
Small company that thinks they are GE. Will charge top dollar for installations, then when it is time to fix what was installed incorrectly, improperly they will charge you top dollar to fix their mistakes. Further, they will send you constant TEXTS, EMAILS, and PHONE CALLS to fill in their schedules when they are slow. Abysmal company, avoid.
Nick and team were on time both days, and Nick walked me through everything both days and was patient with my questions. The team worked extremely hard to remove my old systems (furnace/condenser and all that goes w hvac systems) and install the new ones, even managing to do so without having to alter anything in my finished basement. You get what you pay for- and Rodenhiser is worth every cent.
Excellent work done by the team. Will hire them again! Helped us when our boiler blew and got us set up and running in no time. They were extremely flexible with other working going on in our home. No issues. Will definitely hire again and couldn’t recommend enough!
Rodenhiser Home Services installed a new Bryant HVAC System in my home. Great service. Professional installation and Jack Spurr was fantastic in installing & in explaining how the system worked. His whole team was terrific.

I contacted them to have a leak in my bathroom that was affecting my downstairs neighbor looked at. The technician, Sawyer was prompt, and did a great job, explaining what he was doing, and why he was doing it. The price was fair, and I will definitely be keeping Rodenhiser on speed dial just in case.
The personnels were very professional and did a great job installing the system. They were always on time and very courteous. So far I’ve had a great experience with them.
Aaron Beals came to solve a problem with one of my toilets that two other companies couldn't figure out. He was so thorough and methodical in arriving at his diagnosis. He really knows his stuff. And the fix was not expensive. I should have called you guys first. I would have saved a lot of money. But I'm thrilled to have the problem solved.
Mark and TJ were outstanding in the service and work they did. They were also very kind and courteous, just a pleasure to work with. We give them our highest recommendation!
Rodenheiser did a great job in diagnosing and resolving the cause of a leak in my master shower. One of the benefits I found in working with them was their ability to service the entire project. They have a remodeling division which helped tremendously so I didn’t need to pull in another company to cut/patch/paint my wall to get to the problem area. The communication was also great,l and their technicians were very professional. Thank you Kevin (plumbing) and John (remodeling) for your excellent work.
Ms. Gagne was on time and thorough in her evaluation and maintenance of our central air conditioning system. I would be pleased to have her service our system again!
The technician Gary Michaud was on time. He was very thorough on diagnosing and repairing my oil burner heating system. He a very courteous and explained everything he did and answered all my questions and concerns. Seemed very happy working for this company and gave great praise to the owners and how it was operated. I had a great experience with this service and being this usually can be a pricey repair..it was reasonable. Thanks for your speedy response. Daniel Cole
The Rodenhiser team exceeded my expectations. They were kind, considerate, on time, knowledgeable and did a perfect job installing my new HVAC system. My sales rep was responsive and submitted all of my financing and rebate paperwork for me - effortless. Highly recommend Matt and this business. Wonderful work!
