I had a central air conditioner installed. The process was simple and uneventful (as it should be). The price was reasonable, the workers showed up when the said they would, completed the work, and cleaned up after themselves. Not much more that you can ask for. Would recommend.

About a couple of years ago, 2 of my existing systems were replaced as the Freon gas kept running low, not to mention that type of Freon gas was being phased out. At the 2nd season right before the warranty was about to expire, 1 of the 2 unit started having the same issue with refrigerant running low. This is when I called to inform of the issue. A technician came and refilled the refrigerant along with dye to identify the location of the leak in the refrigerant lines. Just last week, technician came by and confirmed the leak, and said that Andi and Steve will get back with what and how they will remediate the issue. Wonderful service; very responsible; and runs business with integrity!
Our home needed a completely new heating and cooling solution, along with ductwork installation. I could not be happier that I found TF Complete. Everyone that I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. TF was understanding of every concern I had and was willing to walk through solutions. They made the project plan clear and communicated changes and updates to me as they occurred. Small challenges that I was sure would derail the project or cause grief were met with calm solutions by both the on-site and office teams. The work came out exactly as I had hoped. The installation team was prompt, friendly and did great work. They even rearranged their schedule to make sure we were wired for zone heating before a cold spell. After minor modifications to the ductwork the team came out unprompted to be sure there was no loss in heating efficiency. The office staff is friendly and went above and beyond my expectations in helping apply for MassSave rebates. Most important to me was the communication that I received during this project. Contacting and scheduling was a breeze. Not once did I have to chase anyone down. I would recommend TF Complete 10 out of 10 times. A great company with great people.
