Chris gave us an itemized quote for materials and labor, (which no other plumber we interviewed was able or willing to do). He and his crew of 3, Tyler, Christian, and Nick, arrived as scheduled. They wore covers over their shoes and put down quilted mats to protect our floors. The clothes dryer had to be removed to access the space for the water heater, and they did this with great care. After they removed the old water heater, and reinstalled the dryer, Chris explained the workings of the new water heater. He gave us instructions for registering the water heater with HTP so we could get the free extended warranty. All in all, an excellent job! Thanks Chris. It's so hard to find a good plumber. We're so glad we found Chris.
Great job on my new oil boiler and indirect hot water heater
Chris and his team are great and easy to work with. They replaced 2 hose spigots for me quickly and at a far more reasonable price than I was quoted by some bigger local companies. They also fixed a leaky valve on my water main. Responsive, high quality, and fairly priced work - what more can you ask for?

Chris was excellent. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, and he was at our house within an hour and had it repaired in a very short amount of time. He was also really helpful and educational with other aspects of the house and plumbing such as pointing out a flaw in the installation of our water heater which was a health hazard that he fixed for us. He went above and beyond what we needed.

I have used Byrne Plumbing for years since I moved to Franklin in 2012 - Joe treats his clients like family and does fair, top notch work in the town of Franklin. He’s helped with everything from finding leaks in showers to new toilet and sink installs to leaky faucets and in between. Would definitely recommend. Only con is that you have to plan ahead given how busy Joe is.
We needed the shower faucet fixed and lot of other minor repairs around the house. After getting a run around by many established plumbing and HVAC companies a friend recommended Chris to us. I just made one phone call and exchanged a few text messages. Chris ordered the parts to be delivered to our house and had the jobs done in no time. Thanks Chris!

We've used Chris at Franklin Plumbing several times.. .He responds quickly ... His work is top notch and his prices are quite reasonable . . Perhaps the best thing is that no job is too small for him...unlike several other plumbers that we've tried over the years .. We highly recommend him....
Extremely busy for a reason, they're good. Had them to the house a number of times from fixing a furnace to updating a bathroom. Will continue to use them for everything, once they do the work they don't need to fix it later; qualtity.
Never used them, but their drive gave me the finger for no reason today. Apparently he doesn't understand the 'merge' concept while driving. Stay in your lane until you actually get to the merge point.
