Unresponsive and unprofessional after they receive payment. Go elsewhere for your AC needs
Called at 3:00pm on a Friday - the first hot day of the year. Issue was resolved by 4:30. Adam and Chris were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I have used Reardon for my HVAC equipment. They recently installrd a new high efficiency furnace one day after my heating system gave out. Chris Reardon and his crew made quick work of the job. very reliable company to deal with. always responding on time. even for early morning calls they will respond quickly and send a specialist to your place without delays or elevation of the price. I have been using Reardon's services for the last 3-4 years. always keep their number on a speed dial for AC, the digital thermostat, heating. they came to update my thermostats wiring and did it quickly without long hours of work on the site. Would definitely recommend this company to people who look for quality and honesty.
I called for service on my gas furnace as I had no heat. It was still fall so not an emergency, but two young men came out later that same day. Had to order a part and were back within a day or two. Still would not work after installing part and owner himself arrived to check things out. I ended up needing to replace the furnace which was done promptly. Competitive pricing, great guys, attentive and worked neatly and efficiently.

Chris and his team at Reardon put in a high-efficiency furnace at our new home. From their support line, to the workers, to the owners, everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient with all of the questions. I would recommend this family-owned business to anyone in the greater Franklin area, as their price, their service, and their quality was top-notch!

In 2019, we moved into a house with a 13 year-old central AC system. by 2021, at the 15 year mark, it began to fail. We called Reardon HVAC. They were very responsive and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the old system could not be repaired as it was outdated, Freon-based, and parts could not be obtained. Chris gave us a quote for a new system, and his team began installation shortly thereafter. They were professional and efficient. The new system has been great. I signed on for the annual maintenance contract. Very pleased with the service of this company.
Had a primary appointment where they checked things out and told me what may be wrong and what needs to be done. I called to make follow up appointments to fix the problem with my AC that they diagnosed. I called and waited patiently for days for calls back. I did this multiple times and never got calls back. This went on for several weeks. Ended up having to go with a different company that helped me quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem. The problem wasn’t even what this company initially said was wrong with my AC, it ended up being a less expensive fix than what Reardon HVAC was going to do. I was extremely upset with this company and services and would not recommend. I’m only posting this now because I just got an email several months later asking for feedback 🙄
We’ve been using Reardon for many years. They’ve guided us through the process of new installation of heating and AC. Great, honest, affordable service.
I called these guys due to a water leak I was having about 6 months ago and they said that there was a cracked heating core that cost me a couple thousand dollars but would fix the leak. Water still leaking so I called them back and some kid that knew nothing said it was from my hot water heater which it clearly was not. Got Chris to come back and he glued some drainage pipes that he said were loose. Still leaking. Called back again and Tom said they would come by yesterday and they didn't but that he would call in the morning to get someone out today and they didn't. They basically gave up on everything and have decided to just not respond to me anymore so I had to find someone new.
Working with Reardon was the most phenomenal experience ever. These guys are amazing. So professional and the job was done perfectly! Reasonable and reliable. I’d recommend to anyone!!!!!
