Pro Comfort was the most knowledgeable company that I spoke with regarding the purchase and installation of Heat Pumps/AC system. They provided detailed information on everything I needed, including the Brand, installation, warranty, service, price, usage, Mass Save loan details, etc. and more importantly the available Government programs that subsidized the purchase and installation. I thought I was only going to purchase a single unit, but I wanted to know if I could get more by taking advantage of the Government subsidized programs. I ended up getting a whole house system with 4 units for the same cost of a single unit. The whole process was painless from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable about the Mass Save programs and helped guide me through the process. They even providing the name of a Mass Save Energy assessment company that could provide a quick turnaround on the necessary energy assessment. They were able to quickly schedule the installation, showed up on time and finished installing within a day, and cleaned up after themselves. The electric/wiring was included in the estimate, and they are the only company I spoke with that included it. Also, the estimate was based on the equipment needed and not the difficulty level (which others factor in). Other companies charge extra for extra line length, line covers, etc. but not Comfort Pro. They don't change their price after quoting, as I have heard others do. They even take time after the installation to walk you through the basics of setting, running and maintaining the system. They are very responsive before, during, and after the installation. I called to have them check one of the units and they sent someone right over to take a look at it. They use quality products and don't cut corners. They had to run a line from one end of my house to the other and used a single line instead of multiple smaller lines combined. My experience with ProComfort Control was highly satisfying, easily one of my best engagements with a contractor, and I recommend them without hesitation. Ryan made a thorough assessment of the work needed, and took the time to explain various options and their benefits & drawbacks in detail, so my decision was truly informed. The crew showed themselves to be highly talented, professional, and courteous. From the office, Alex explained all details of the proposal and patiently walked me through the MassSave paperwork. Communications were timely and complete throughout the entire process. Bottom line, this business and their team put the customer's needs and concerns first and show they really understand customer service - I was 100% confident in hiring them.

I had a fantastic experience with Pro Comfort Care. My central A/C went just in time for the summer. Right from the start Alex and Ryan were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain my options. Due to my work schedule, I had a tight timeframe to get the work done and Alex and Ryan we able to get the stars to align to get it done. The installation of my ductless heat pump was smooth and each person was professional and careful. I am so grateful for the quick response and quality work.
Ryan and co. did a fabulous job with the installation of our new heat pump and A/C condenser. They were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves!
I had my aging gas boiler and standalone water heater replaced in February. Ryan and the team did a fantastic, timely install of top notch high efficiency equipment. I'm very happy with its operation. They went out of their way to make the installation as quick and painless as possible. It's been running great and I'm happy that the new boiler employs direct venting to use air from outside rather than drawing air from inside the house. The indirect water heater works great. It was easy to get the rebate too.

Pro Comfort control recently installed a single zone Mitsubishi Hyper Heat mini-split system in our master bedroom to help overcome poor heating/cooling from the central system due to undersized duct work. Having recently replaced my central system, I had some familiarity with the HVAC vendor landscape. Pro Comfort Control stands out because they emphasize the importance of superior installation. Anyone can buy HVAC equipment, but the installation and integration of equipment is where the skill comes in. Since that is the case, it is important to meet the person that will lead the install of your system and feel confident that they can meet your unique installation requirements. Ryan spent a lot of time working through the installation plans with me and going over different options. I felt comfortable going with Pro Comfort Control knowing that the person I was talking to would lead the install. Ryan's installation met my heating/cooling requirements and their attention to detail for installation decisions exceeded my expectations.
I had 6 minisplit heads and 2 condensers installed and I couldn't be happier. The estimate team walked me through the MassSave heat loan and rebate programs. The install was top quality from the electrical wiring, outdoor line setting, all the way through the clean up. I'm very happy with Pro Comfort Control

After using a number of HVAC companies over the years, I can't imagine using anyone besides Pro Comfort going forward. They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. Not only did they quote me far less for a project than other vendors, but they also showed me how I could save thousands more through the Mass Save program and walked me through the rebate process. Ryan clearly knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in delivering exceptional service. I highly recommend this company.
Ryan and his team were incredibly efficient and transparent. They installed a full ductless minisplit and hybrid water tower in 2 days. They answered all my questions and since I have turned it on it has been quiet and working great. They fully cleaned up and made sure all the cables and wires were neatly covered and minimally visible on the house. I highly recommend them if you are looking to install an hvac system in your house.

I had a great experience with Pro Comfort Control! I had decided it was a good time to install a ductless mini split heat pump system because of the generous Mass Save rebate. I had one other offer, but was so impressed with Ryan’s knowledge and passion about his work, I decided to go with him… and I’m glad I did! From his office manager Alex, to his team of workers, I felt I was in good hands. They took time to answer all my questions and made sure to explain the entire process to me. The work was done on time with minimal disruption to my house. And the best part is, the units look great…very modern and clean looking! I highly recommend Pro Comfort Control!
Very much appreciate Ryan and team for all their hard work! Would certainly recommend. Water heater and boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year (Saturday in February). Ryan came out that night to try to repair but equipment was older and not able to get back working. Thereafter, Ryan let me know different options and pricing to replace the boiler and water heater. He was in regular communication with me over the weekend - felt like I was treated like a priority and was in good hands since day 1. I have 2 small children and with no heat in the house Ryan was able to schedule me first thing Monday morning and installed the new boiler and water heater that day. No heat/hot water felt like a nightmare scenario, so was grateful pro comfort acted so quickly and got the heat/hot water back. Felt the team took pride in their work as well, and the new system works great. Thanks again
