I would recommend Obie Comfort Solutions to anyone who needs HVAC services. Their sales and customer service teams are the best I have seen. Gustavo, Laércio, Alexandre, Saulo, Thiago, Priscila and Lia were knowledgeable, trustworthy and took care of me throughout the entire process. Their communication and follow up was truly a level above anything else I have seen.
I just had the Obie team install my new Mitsubishi mini split. From the initial meeting to the actual install and training, team members Danilo, Gustavo, Priscilla, Lia were very professional. Special thanks go to Laercio, Alexandre, Saulo, and Thiago who absolutely knew what they were doing, and were the best representatives for Obie.
Obie staff is always polite and personal and helpful . I couldn’t be more happy . I’m definitely going to go over the service plans to choose . I am considering starting with the minimum since my unit is new and then progressing towards an exclusive plan as time goes on .
I had an AC stop working. They scheduled a visit in almost 2 weeks but actually came out the same day.
Matthew did a great job servicing our equipment. He was very professional and responsive to our questions. I have had good experience with Obie comfort solutions since we installed our machines several years ago.

Obie team and the technician (Blake) did an awesome job to find the root cause of my ac unit not working and resolve it quickly. He was very friendly and patient in explaining everything. Highly recommended if you’ve issues with a/c.
JP provided excellent service for the second time. He came to do a deep clean of my mini split units. He took time to explain everything and show me before and after pictures. He didn't have all the parts needed and had the office deliver them so we wouldn't need a second appt. Thanks JP. See you next year for the annual maintenance.

JP Silva was a great service technician who did an excellent job serving my mini split system for its annual tune up. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and a pleasure to work with.
I am selling my house and needed the AC to be fixed so I called for an appointment and they were available within a few days. Santiago arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly checked to assure the fix in fact corrected the problem. He ran the system and checked the temperature before leaving to assure there were no additional issues. Additionally, he and Matthew were extremely professional and explained what they were doing and what the problem was. They put shoe covers on before entering the house which I appreciated since the house is up for sale and needs to be clean at all times. I am a retired mechanical engineer and watched carefully as they diagnosed and corrected the problem and then made sure the problem was fixed. I was extremely impressed. This company had excellent reviews and was a referral from another HVAC company I knew but didn’t service this area. I now know why this company gets five stars and I couldn’t agree more. Bob
First time using Obie but impressed. Originally scheduled appointment a few weeks out but they ended up coming the next day. Our technician Blake was great! Very polite, quickly found the problem (blocked drainage), recommended a fix and had the system back online within an hour. Will definitely use them again!
Obie Comfort did an amazing job installing our central a/c. Every employee (Lia, Priscila, Gustavo, Rony , Will, Omar, Saulo, and Thiago) we dealt with was very professional and extremely helpful. The whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely highly recommend them.
This is after the first time l used their service. Santiago Aguirre and Matthew Costa were on time and professional. They checked my water heater and explained the error code message to me and gave me some advices on the correct settings to a better use of energy. They were respetcful and helpful.
I was a long-time customer of Obie Comfort Solutions, but unfortunately there was a major problem with my most recent experience. Long story short, the company sold me a heat pump that did not function as promised and that ultimately had to be replaced, and they have done nothing to remedy the situation. In the spring of 2021, I decided to replace my old gas boiler with a heat pump. This was on the advice of an Obie technician who assured me that the heat pump could serve as the primary heating source for my entire home, which had existing ductwork in place. Unfortunately, the unit turned out to be an improper fit. That winter, the pipes on the first floor froze during the coldest days, and I had to turn the old boiler on. I had been planning a major home renovation anyway, and at that time the Obie technician told me that when the renovations begin, they could address some of the issues with the ductwork. In winter of 2022 we began the renovation, and my contractor reached out to Obie to see about remedying the issue. The technician I had originally worked with had since left the company, and my contractor was never able to reach a senior person at Obie to find a solution. What’s more, my contractor determined that the heat pump Obie had sold me was improperly sized for my home in the first place. For several weeks, we were unable to reach a senior person at Obie to talk through the issue, and Obie offered no solutions despite our reaching out multiple times. Ultimately, I went with my contractor’s advice and replaced the 2-year-old heat pump with two smaller heat pumps in two locations in the house. I managed to reach the company’s owner, Oberlan Rosa, a couple of weeks ago, and we discussed the issue on the phone. After explaining the issue, which he said he was unaware of until then, he said he could provide me with some compensation to make things right. However, he has not since responded to my emails or text messages. I paid $13,555 for a heat pump and in
JT was on time, professional, friendly, & explained all he had done on the Spring maintenance of my AC system. He showed me interior & exterior photos of the system which was very informative. He checked the thermostat I was having difficulty with & explained how to set it. His work was completed in a timely fashion, very neatly, using shoe covering inside the house. I give him 100% for his job with Obie Comfort Solutions.
I like to take this opportunity to say thank you so much and I really appreciate it For the professionals who show up on my house to the installation of the new system. The tech was so professional explained it all Gustavo was great also had tech today for ac and ducts he was on time polite answering all questions every time I have needed them they are right there. December 2015 gas co flagged system so we couldn’t use(for our safety) I unfortunately was diagnosed with breast cancer was having surgery 2 days after it was flagged talk about panic the thought of coming home without heat was last thing I needed Obie came right out for estimate had whole new heating system next day I can’t say how thankful I am to them . Jeff was prompt, professional (put booties over his shoes to be sure he didn't bring in any dirt - nice touch) an walked through the house an explained the process regarding adding central air to our home and within an hour I received two estimates for what we had discussed. Good experience
