Tony and Melissa have been absolutely fantastic. If we have an issue with either our heat or a/c systems they been right there. They are affordable, honest, reliable, trustworthy people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced my oil tank , very pleased
I set up an appointment a week in advance with this company. I waited around all morning and half an hour before theyre supposed to get to my house they call me to tell me they cant go in a crawlspace above my apartment because its againt company policy. waited a week for that thanks for nothing Yeah i had TODAY off. If i knew youd do nothing for me i would have scheduled an appointment with someone else a week ago. Now i have to wait another week for another day off to have someone else do it. Maybe start with “hey no crawl spaces” next time
I would highly recommend Tri Star Heating. Tony and Melissa are a very hard working team. They are professional and knowledgeable. They installed my furnace a few years ago and did an awesome job. They take pride in their work. They clean up when they are done. They do the yearly service on it and always show up when they say they will. They are easy to contact and call back if they missed your call. I am a very satisfied customer.
The team at Tri Star heating were great to work with! My daughter and family were in their new home for four days and the heater failed. They called Tony and Melissa at Tri star, and they came out within a few hours. (it was 28 degrees outside). They diagnosed the issue and had to go to Providence for the part. They returned soon thereafter and made the repair. If you like EXCEPTIONAL customer service this is the company to call. Thanks to the Tri Town crew for helping out my family.
