Mike was excellent. Came to the house to give an estimate to replace our 19 year old central air conditioner and outside condenser. The price quoted was reasonable. His crew of 4 showed up at 7:30 and finished the job at 5:30. They had to dismantle the old unit in the attic , removed the old unit. The unit in the attic had rusted out in some areas, they cleaned up the area and then brought in the new unit and began the installation. Keep in mind it had to be brought up into the attic not an easy task. Then they removed the outside condenser and placed it on one of their trucks. Then they placed the new one and began to hook it up. I was impressed that all 4 installers were truly professional throughout this whole process. Once the air conditioner and condenser were hooked up, they tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who may need repairs or replace their air condition system. Robert Correia
I met the owner of this company at a business meeting…I am in an air conditioning company in Texas that has 40 years of experience in the trade…I just want to say…Mike is true gift to the hvac industry! He was easy to talk to and a pleasure to spend time with. I have NO DOUBT that if you need work done that this company will be honest and open about how to fix ANY problems you have. I don’t say this to try to promote his company…I say this because I met him and spent time with him and I know without a doubt he will treat you with respect and honesty! He is a quality person and I can tell he appreciates his clients and will do whatever needs to be done to make you want to use him again! Great to meet you Mike and best of luck! G
Sent an email through their site requesting a quote and stating our problems with heating system and requested a quote for service and fixing. They site stated they usually answer within 24 hours...two Weeks later still no answer or call. This was on a Saturday...the coldest day of Feb. I then called on Monday and was rudely rushed off phone but the woman who answered the phone said we'd get a call back. No call back. I then called again Tuesday..the next day... This time they asker for my address and again said I'd get a call back from a technician....this was around 9 a.m. Around 1:00 in the afternoon, our security cameras sent a message to my cell phone while I was at work and when I looked...it showed a technician was at our door!!! I had to call M.J. Heating to tell them I never got a call..the tech. Just showed up and we weren't home! Never received a call back after that and we definitely won't be doing business with this company. We went with a different company. Business lost money because of their lack of customer service...we are replacing our heating system with a more reliable company. Unless M.J. changes how they interact..or should I say don't interact with potential customers...they will continue to lose business.
Called in the morning regarding my central air not working, my call was returned promptly and service was performed that afternoon! Shane was fantastic at diagnosing problem at a very reasonable price.. Highly recommend these folks 👌.
MJ Heating provided such a great service right from the beginning with being available quickly to come out, discussing all of our options for installing two new central ac units and answering all of our questions. Their pricing was great and the guys that came out were all very professional.
Came on time. Quickly diagnosed problem and fixed it! Definitely call again. Oh! And making an appointment was great. Very responsive.
The owner, Mike was professional, quick to answer calls& texts. The cost to replace heating system and A/C system was fair and reasonable. The grew did an excellent job, taking all old materials out. They left everything very clean. The crew was polite and efficient. Our experience was extremely positive and would highly recommend M &J.

MJ HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING IS THE #1 IN NEW ENGLAND My experience with MJ HEATING was excellent. Am a new customer to there business and I had a issue with my furnace not staying lit. Mike understood my concern, not having heat in my house with my wife and kids at home. Mike send out Kevin there service tech within an hour, which he was very friendly and professional and explain what happened and what had to get replaced. Me and my family are very happy with there service. I will highly recommend to use MJ HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. Thank you guys so much. You guys are the best!!
A great crew with experience beyond their years. Excellent, professional, on time, installation from Dave, Jacob, Ryan & Nate (Electrician). Mike, the owner, was quick to answer all calls & texts. Mike’s crew did a great job throughout the process being precise with the installation ,as well as, neat and clean. The equipment they installed for our air conditioning is top quality with an installation cost that was both fair and reasonable. My wife & I know we made the right decision to contract with MJ Heating & Air Conditioning and recommend them with confidence.

MJ Heating and Cooling were polite, professional, and attentive to our needs and concerns. It was a very hot day and they were still smiling despite the heat.! Their work is very neat. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
I have used MJ heating multiple times, spending upwards of $4000 on various repairs and services. My personal experience is that they have really gone downhill. They employ young kids (age 16-25 by my guess) who don't really know what they are doing. I have heard them call their boss multiple times looking for advice. On one occasion, one of the "kids" accidentally by-passed the thermostat and left my heat running until it was over 80 degrees several hours later. On another occasion, one of the "kids" could not identify the problem, said "nothing is wrong", although on a future inspection it was identified that I needed new dampers installed. Going on...they said they would order new dampers and would install. And that's when all communication stopped. Its been a couple months with no updates or communication. They do not return any of my texts or calls, despite me being very polite and professional. I understand if you are busy but at least keep your customers in the loop or tell them that you can't do the job. Extremely disappointed. Cannot recommend them.
Response time in getting back in contact is not as effective as I would like; however, they do get back to you!!! The company is reliable; they showed up on time and installation was completed before noon.

I was having a problem with my central AC system and called MJ for the first time. Mike had a tech in the area and had him by. The tech was here within 1 hour and fixed the issue. The tech, Jake, was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Great service! Looking forward to working with them again.
I had the pleasure of having MJ heating come to my house and replace my furnace and add central air. Their prices are very reasonable and Mike the owner was very honest with us.They did a great job. They were very perfessional and very clean They took the old furnace and all their trash with them. I would recommend them to my friends and family members . THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
