Very experienced and professional service
Eric Mattson was very professional. He arrived to replace our ice machine and did so. We are very happy that our ice problem was resolved.
Carlos was very knowledgeable and thorough with servicing my washer and dryer. He made suggestions with cleaning the inside of my washer and dryer that were very helpful. For the annual maintenance of my washer and dryer, I would not want anyone else but Carlos to come back and service my washer/dryer. Carlos is an asset to your company.
Disappointed with Repair Protection Agreement on my Kenmore gas grill, I was sold the agreement which stated that the product replacement if the covered product (grill) cannot be fixed. After two weeks and two service specialists, no fix and no replacement because the parts alone would be over $100 dollars and the specialists would not replace the grill. What good was it to pay $90 for the repair plan after paying $280 for the grill? I should have saved the $90 towards my next grill!

My Gas furnace was making a loud screeching sound and I shut it off and called Sears contract service. They were not able to come till the next day. Received a call from Tim the next day and he was able to fix the problem! Thanks Tim, Thanks Sears!
It was easy to schedule online, he was on time, and was able to repair the problem the same day. I would definitely recommend this service.

Showed up on time, the Technician diagnosed the problem with the tractor within minutes. He had replacement parts in his van and got to work on the repair immediately. He was prepared and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for more. Great job!
Requested a diagnostic visit worth $59 to check what was wrong with my dishwasher. I was told if any issues, I would be charged extra for repairs Upon visit tech charged me $80 dollars extra for cleaning - which I was not informed about nor approved.. so all in all paid $140 .. and my dishwasher still cleans avg. The $80 bill was sneaked in.. very disappointed. Will never contact sears again.. By the way all our appliances are from Sears.

The tech was professional and courteous, he was here on time and even offered some tips on how to get the most of the grill.
Scheduling and reminders and last-minute communication with the repair person (Kevin) were excellent. Kevin quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with the washer suspension. He helped me to sign up for a service plan, which he recommended due to the washer's age (9 years). He was pleasant and helpful. I have had some problems with service in the past, but this time it was exemplary.
