Disappointed with Repair Protection Agreement on my Kenmore gas grill, I was sold the agreement which stated that the product replacement if the covered product (grill) cannot be fixed. After two weeks and two service specialists, no fix and no replacement because the parts alone would be over $100 dollars and the specialists would not replace the grill. What good was it to pay $90 for the repair plan after paying $280 for the grill? I should have saved the $90 towards my next grill!

Requested a diagnostic visit worth $59 to check what was wrong with my dishwasher. I was told if any issues, I would be charged extra for repairs Upon visit tech charged me $80 dollars extra for cleaning - which I was not informed about nor approved.. so all in all paid $140 .. and my dishwasher still cleans avg. The $80 bill was sneaked in.. very disappointed. Will never contact sears again.. By the way all our appliances are from Sears.

Scheduling and reminders and last-minute communication with the repair person (Kevin) were excellent. Kevin quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with the washer suspension. He helped me to sign up for a service plan, which he recommended due to the washer's age (9 years). He was pleasant and helpful. I have had some problems with service in the past, but this time it was exemplary.
