Our two AC units were over 20 years old and one stopped working. We decided to replace both at the same time. We have used Platinum Home Services for several years for a variety of projects/repairs and we were always pleased with their work. They were one of three companies we received AC quotes from and they provided the best value. In terms of installation, each unit was installed on a different day. Their installation team on each day was great. We are extremely pleased and we will continue to use Platinum Home Services for all home projects/repairs going forward.
The men that came to my home to replace my furnace we respectful and professional. Did a great job. Lady I spoke with in their office was wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend this company and I would use them again.

The service technician was on time, polite and explained the situation to me. I did not require any further service as the appliance was too old to repair and get parts for.
During the cold snap on February 4th I called to have a service technician come out because my furnace failed overnight. I was quoted $129 service fee plus any additional Parts Etc. A technician arrived and within minutes he was installing a new thermocouple. They took my credit card information and never provided me with a cost. When I checked my bank statement the cost escalated to $395 for a 10 minute job. To add insult to injury-Two weeks later; My furnace failed again and it was the newly installed thermocouple. This time I went through a new company and the cost was substantially cheaper. (By more that $150)The new technician also informed me that the last time: "Bro... You got screwed"
Was quoted $200 for a dishwasher install. All parts were provided by me. It was delivered by Home Depot but they didn't provide installation. My problem is not with the installation at all. The worker was very polite and did an excellent job, installing the dishwasher in less than 45 minutes installation. Once he arrived, I was giving a bill for $415, double what I was quoted. I voiced my dismay at the difference and he called his boss who suddenly was able to change the cost to $315. So, I would be paying him at a rate of over $400 per hour for ONLY LABOR. Seems a bit exorbitant, don't you think? Now here's where the really ridiculous part happens. My check bounced due to a deposit not clearing in time. Minor error. It happens. Most businesses will wait a day or two and resubmit it. They called me and claimed they tried to submit it three times. I check with the bank and it is immediately apparent that they are lying and have only attempted once. I asked them to submit it again because I get paid tomorrow. I never refused to pay though they acted as if that was what I was doing 🙄. Instead they lied about the original quote, then told me they were going to send police to my house. 🤯 Seriously?? What is this? The 17th century? Would I be going to debtor's prison? I don't think they know how the law works. So, they will be paid as I promised.... and then I am going to make certain that everyone in 100 mile radius knows about their shady tactics. This is not a good company at all. I feel sorry for the plumber because he was quite nice, but their management is the most unprofessional company I've dealt with in decades. PLATINUM HOME SERVICES? More like tin foil.
The technician replaced our water heater's thermocouple and the release valve. He was very professional, timely, and friendly. Recommend them!
Christine's customer service skills are awesome! I will definitely contact platinum Home Services in the near future and refer anyone to them.
These guys were awesome a 2 day job they did in 1 day they didn't leave me without heat on a cold night
The technician Chris came to my home to repair my furnace which wouldn't ignite. He replaced the gas valve first still wouldn't ignite then he ordered a control board hey my furnace still wouldn't ignite. Then he had me call the gas company on a Saturday saying there wasn't enough gas coming into the home. The gas company came out and put a brand new meter on my home. After that the furnace still wouldn't ignite. Chris told me that my furnace had to be replaced and would cost me around $4,000 to replace because he could not figure out what was wrong with it. After all this I lost complete confidence I ended up hiring another company to come repair my furnace the guy walked in put a brand new igniter on in the furnace fired right up. I would not recommend this company to anyone as it seems they tried to take me for a ride.
I called Christine and within the hour I had someone at my house fixing my AC! Chris was super friendly and 20 min later my AC was working again! Platinum home services is highly recommended and I will be calling them in the future as needed, especially for upgrades!
Fixed my AC unit right quick
Unfortunately the boiler and the AC in our mobile home failed all in the same year and we were fortunate to work with Platinum Home Services for both installations of a new Navien tankless boiler and a new AC unit . Thank goodness for Christine in the office and Chris our technician who are extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and prompt. Platinum's phone is covered by an answering service and we were able to schedule service for the next day on the spot...how often can you do that nowadays...sometimes it is difficult to get anyone to call you back. The breakdown of the 2 major HVAC services in our home was made less stressful because it was handled by a top notch company.
Rip off company… I will not recommend because of their dishonesty. They are experienced but not honest. I thought it’s a nationwide company I would pay more for satisfaction and good service. Just an honest rewiew here. Stay away from them

Dear Christine, From the moment I first spoke with you about my leaking water heater to the final installation of the new heating system, everyone I dealt with at Platinum was professional, well informed, and very easy to work with. The gentleman who came on Monday (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name), explained my options and convinced me that the best one was to replace the entire heating system rather than just the water heater. He didn’t pressure me, he just made me see that, in the end, it made sense to replace the entire system. You anticipated all my questions with relevant information and went out of your way to switch some appointments to get the crew here on Tuesday rather than Wednesday, so that we wouldn’t be without heat and hot water for any longer than necessary. Ian and Tanya worked very well as a team to dismantle our old furnace and water heater and get the new unit up and running in just two days. They were polite and friendly, answered my questions and quietly did their jobs. The other gentleman who was here briefly, I think his name was Eddie, was also very pleasant and professional. All of the work was done very neatly and I think the cellar was cleaner when they left than it was before they came! You explained my options for service plans going forward with my new equipment, which was something I hadn’t even thought about until you mentioned it. You also put together the packet for MassSave, making it easy for me to fill out and send in. I don’t believe I’ve ever had a more pleasant experience with a company doing work in my home. I have already praised you to a few friends and will continue to do so in the future. I hope Platinum Home Services appreciates you all and values your commitment to excellent service. We called Platinum Home Services after our water heater failed. They sent someone out within a couple of hours to evaluate our situation. The technician was knowledgeable and advised us to replace our inefficient boiler at the same time as the water heater when we asked about a tankless system.The 2 day installation was performed by 3 very qualified and hard working technicians. After installation, they reviewed the new system with us. Christine, at the office, was most helpful with our paperwork and the Mass Save rebate we wanted to apply for. I have used this company for my annual maintenance/repairs through my provider. I always request Platinum and Chris the tech for my services. I also enjoy talking to sweet Christine she is quick to schedule me in, answer my questions and chat for a little she never rushes me off the phone. I recommend Platinum Home Services to everyone.
