Gregory and Jacob arrived on time and were very professional! They did not give up on addressing our drainage issue. After obtaining more powerful tools, they continued their efforts in clearing the pipes. Matt arrived as they were an hour into my crisis. They worked together and we now have water draining better than it has in years!! Working with Kiersten, from the office, was a pleasure. She understood my woes and was very responsive!
My 36-year-old boiler needed to be replaced this winter. It stopped working. Brian, a lead technician for Still Services, said they could have possibly repaired it but no telling whether it would function for long after spending a good amount to diagnose and do the repair. I decided not to put money into that uncertaintly and asked them to replace the boiler (have gas-fired steam heat). They ordered the boiler and gave me an installation date (the next available date they had which was 2 1/2 weeks away). Then we had a prediction of bitterly cold, subzero weather, to arrive on a Friday, which was going to be a week before the installation date. On the Tuesday before the cold was supposed to arrive, Matt, the owner, spent 20 minutes on the phone with me on how to survive the cold with minisplit heat that is only meant to go down to 20 degrees. It had been in the 30's and 40's throughout this time, so my minisplits heated the house unevenly but sufficiently. That evening, the man in charge of the installation, Chris, realized they could try to switch my job with people who had a non-emergency job the next day. Kirsten in the office arranged it that evening, and my boiler came the next day, a Wednesday, which was 2 days before the subzero weather did in fact arrive on Friday. The team of 4 worked from 8am to 7pm, removing the old boiler, installing the new. It's a LOT of labor to install a boiler and power vent (I have no chimney)! Not a lowcost project. But when you have something that needs to be done, Still Services gets the job done with efficiency, conscientiousness and a spirit of serving and respecting the customer. Worth it all for peace of mind! Kudos to the whole team!

I called Matt Still with an emergency fix for our bathroom faucet. Mine where totally shot and needed to be replaced. Rick showed up and fixed us up in good order. Thanks Guys, I will be using you again!
We're a commercial property w/a single lavatory for customers. Monday morning, when the business re-opened, we discovered an issue with the toilet of crisis proportions! Rick from Still Services arrived immediately after our call, & resolved the issue. We are so thankful & highly recommend them.

I have used Still Services both for plumbing and now also for installation of mini splits in my house. They tried hard to fix a leaky toilet for me before recommending replacement, then quickly and easily installed the new toilet. The office manager even helped me with choosing a toilet when I was struggling to get the sales person at FW Webb to even respond to my calls! Then I got a very competitive quote from them for mini splits and had them do that work as well. The team was professional, worked hard, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Plus they were able to fit me in far sooner than others! Really appreciate that I get a text with the name and photo of the person coming to do the service when they're on their way over. Great experience with this team.
Still Services was a lifesaver for us when we had a couple of issues that popped up while our house was on the market. Matt and the entire team has been polite , responsive, and right on time. We are so happy with them, we have decided to contract with them for a complete HVAC renovation project in our new home. Thanks all!
I have used Still Services on multiple properties for a variety of reasons. Whether installing a new heating system or yearly oil burner cleanings they are always prompt, professional, and have the best rates in the business. I’d recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I have been working with Matt and his crew for years in commercial buildings setting up Various plumbing and venting systems for Hotels, nursing homes and laundromats. His crew is knowledgeable, professional and always show up when the job needs to get done.
I highly recommend Still Service for all jobs. From clearing a clog. Fixing a leak. Replacing boilers and storage tanks. The office manager is polite and great follow through. I had boilers go shut down and they came in a drop of a hat and did what ever it takes to get it up and running Chris, Brian and Matt are so professional. I had a clog so bad that Stone stayed for hours until it cleared. The prices are the best by far. I have used many companies they can’t hold a candle to Still Services.
Owner came to mark up a quote. We called. And called, and called. And called. And the office manager didn’t get the info to schedule a time for the work. Stopped answering our calls! Guess not interested in doing the job. Wish they’d of been forthright. We’d have moved on sooner. Bad business habits.
Second time today had a tech not show up, and couldn’t even bother to call us to cancel/reschedule the appointment. Had my father in law waste four hours of his day waiting for the tech at my house. If you want service go elsewhere
