Excellent, prompt service to install a water pressure reducing valve. Their estimate was less than half of what one of their competitors quoted me for the same exact job.
Friendly couple of guys showed up and got the job done quick! They were quicker to give me replacement part options than to actually explain the problem which had me scratching my head at first but all was cleared up. Would call again in a heartbeat!

As first time homeowners, my wife and I were devasted to find our HVAC leaking gallons of water the first night we moved in. But New Era and especially Elliot took great care of us. Every time I had to call them, even late on Saturday, I got a human being on the phone. They always showed up when they said they would. They explained everything about our system and gave us options. And to a man everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

We had a new water heater/furnace combi installed last week by Eliesel. He was very friendly and professional, and explained all the work he was doing, why he was doing it, and the problems we ran into along the way. They spent 3.5 long days here, which was a half day more than planned, but they did not seem frustrated to have to come back when there were unexpected pipe leaks and water pressure issues. Everybody we dealt with at New Era was great. We are very happy with the work that was done and it looks great!
I have been a customer of New Era Plumbing for several years and they have been to my home for general plumbing issues in the past and today for servicing my AC units. The service is impeccable, quick response, on time, efficient quality work and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this team of professionals if you are in need.

Called Newera Plumbing to service my bathtub drain had a leak they came the same day within any hour a tech was at my house .Have nothing bad to say about Newera plumbing Justin came and very knowledgeable ,honest and quality of work is second to none . Since the service tech solicited a review before he left, I’ll be more than happy to oblige. I had a co leak. Panicking, I called this company as they had the best reviews. They were fast and responsive. They came to my home within 48 hours and offered me the option to call someone else considering the circumstances and understood that this was a safety risk. Considering I called on a Friday I had no problem waiting until Monday. They arrived prior to the window giving me a heads up 25 minutes before. That’s where the good part of this story ends. They arrived and took pictures of the unit. Expressing immediately that it was so old that it can’t be worked on. Also that the manufacturer had gone out of business. (They haven’t by the way, I just played along to hear more lies, they’re right out of New Hampshire...) then they determined with a sniffer tool near exhaust to the chimney that it was leaking somewhere in the back, possibly cracked, and I needed a new unit. They offered me 2 options. A $12,000 high efficiency unit that would require construction to the outside of the building to install. (I live in a condo and I have a combo unit that was a bit too steep) OR I a $6,700 smaller option with a coil style water heater, thusly cutting my water heater from 20~gal to 3-5gal. That was it. No other options. They said that there are no units that will fit in my closet because hey don’t make them anymore. Wait what? Really? After 30 years of technology and engineering they haven’t made these smaller and more efficient?? That’s when I thought that something didn’t sit well with me. So I got a second opinion... Guess what. I don’t need a new unit. As soon as he opened up my door he said “I can tell you without diagnosis that you do not need a new unit” going on to say that nine times out of ten it was because it was so hot and humid and the hot air can not escape as easily as it would on cooler drier days. Very fast and professional. New Era came to my house on time fixed my AC unit and explained in detail what the issues with my AC unit were. They even gave tips on how to keep my AC unit running smoothly. Highly recommend.
Our hot water heater leaked all over our utility room. After calling a couple local plumbers, we tried New Era. They told us they should have someone available in a couple of hours. They checked and confirmed a time window. Danny showed up right at the beginning of the quoted window. He assessed the issue and as we figured since the hot water heater was 12 years old, suggested it needed replacing. No surprise there for us. He gave us different options and pricing and no pressure. We agreed on which option and him and his helper went to get the parts. They completed the work in about 3 hours total and were professional and friendly. He explained everything they had done and they cleaned and disinfected everything well. Overall we had a really great experience.

Two of the technicians came in today and did a stupendous job replacing my kitchen faucet & pipes. They've also replaced my faucet and also fixed my toilet like I've requested.
On time and very good with explanations of what was going on, very professional. It was our first time using era and we highly recommend Danny.
Great response time and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The guys who were here were diligent and worked through the issue professionally. I do have to say that the price for snaking a drain for less than an hour's work was pretty steep however. Yes, there were two guys that had to finish the job, but it seems like $572 is a pretty big number for that type of job.
