New era showed up promptly and troubleshooted the problem. When they saw the simple fix did not resolve the problem, they went out and got additional parts and did full maintenance. We were quickly back to warm showers and faucets and happy teenagers! They even cleaned up our existing mess around the work area. They were very professional and courteous. Thanks, New Era!

Steve did excellent work in replacing our old garbage disposal unit in my sink as well as installing a toilet I bought and removing our old one.
We were having various issues with water flow in several of our bathroom sinks as well as a clogged kitchen sink at our commercial property so we contacted New Era to assist. We contacted them on Thursday and they scheduled us for first thing on Monday which was perfect because it wasn't an emergency. We received a confirmation of the appointment as well as the name of the tech that would be coming. Steven was great, super professional, friendly and efficient. He clearly explained everything he needed to do and then upon my approval, executed the work. Everything was working perfectly when he was done. We definitely will continue using New Era for all plumbing work at our property.
Eshan has serviced our AC twice and is professional, conscientious, courteous and follows-through to ensure the job is done completely. He is a great asset to their team.
We ran into an emergency plumbing issue while renovating our bathroom. New Era was very responsive and sent Steve out within a hour. Steve was very professional and quick while ensuring that everything was done cleaning and properly. He even came back to move out spout out a bit more to work with the shower wall we were installing. It was clear that he cared that everything looked and worked great for us.

Shane & Kevin did a wonderful job replacing an outside faucet. They also took pictures of what they will need in order to disconnect, then re-connect our kitchen faucet after our counter top is installed. The outside faucet they replaced was of excellent quality. They both wore booties in our house & cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them

The whole process from calling in to having my plumbing fixed was amazing. Steve and Joe came in to replace some old faulty plumbing for me and they were courteous and professional. They came in prepared gave me a quick quote and got to work. I appreciated how they wore shoe guards in the house and didn’t leave a mess for me to clean afterwards. 8/8 great service, will call again for future needs.

Steve came to help with our shower, which would not turn off. Steve is friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained things to me in language that was easy to understand, and made sure I was understanding of the charges associated with the repair. My water heater broke completely and we needed a new one. Shawn and Billy came the same day I called and installed a new one. They were so knowledgeable about current codes.They were polite neat and efficient.If a water heater can be called beautiful mine certainly is after Shawn and Billy completed the installation. I’m very grateful to New Era and will continue using them. BTW Shawn offered to pick up coffee for us on his way over! What more could I ask!
We searched for a while before deciding on trusting New Era to install Fujitsu ductless heat pumps in our house. They did a phenomenal job. The whole process took just a few days, they were very professional, clearly knew everything but also were very patient and answered all the questions, and most importantly the installation was done very well and passed the city inspection easily. Couldn't be happier!
