My unit heater was not delivering any warm air. I called Stealth Controls on a Saturday afternoon and they fixed my issues within 4 hours. It turns out it was air trapped in the system. Howard was very professional, responsive, and went out of his way to have my issue fixed on a Saturday evening. Their fees are very reasonable and, most importantly, you are being told upfront of the cost (no hidden fees or annual maintenance plans being forced on you). I recommend this contractor to anyone in the area!
Woke up on a cold Boston morning (~25 degrees) with my heating system not working/firing. Gave Stealth Control's a call and they came by my house within an hour and diagnosed the problem with one of the parts. They were almost immediately able to source the new part and install it. Incredibly responsive, professional and overall a great experience. My husband and I will be calling them for all future HVAC needs.
Our heater went just days into moving into our house a few days before Christmas. They came that evening. Howard was very professional and knowledgeable. He taught us a little about boilers and what went wrong. This is our first time owning a home so that was incredibly helpful. I am very impressed by their service and I would recommend them to anyone.
I lost my a/c during a brutal heat wave in early July. I found Howard on the internet and was truly shocked when he actually answered his phone and was more shocked when he arrived at my home a couple of hours later. He ordered me a new condenser and actually had me up and running within 30 hours! He really knows his stuff. I was thrilled to be back up and running before the heat wave broke! Thank you Howard!
Stealth Controls came on the hottest day this summer, my Hvac unit was blowing hot air and it was 98 degrees outside. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. There prices are very competitive. I'm a customer for life.
We had Howard Sanford to my sister house to find out about installing a heating and air conditioning system. Mr Sanford is excellent to work with. Very understanding about answering all of our questions. Meet his team and they are just as wonderful as he is. If you need a excellent company for ac/ heating this is the company to hire.
