Frank came and took care of the job in an efficient manner. Friendly and upfront. He explain what needed to be done. He really went the extra mile to bail me out after I had an awful experience with another company. I highly recommend using Gomes. I will certainly be using them for any future needs and I am keep their number saved in my phone.
Frank was very quick to respond when I stated I had a broke water heater. He was very professional, efficient with addressing the situation at hand. It was an emergency issue, and he removed old heater and replaced the new one in a hour.. Installation was fast thereafter! Wonderful service!
Wonderful service - I called Gomes Plumbing late at night after a pipe burst in my apartment. I asked if he could come early the next morning, as we had to shut off the water in our building until the pipe was fixed. Frank not only answered my call late at night, but he showed up first thing in the morning right on time. Frank is an absolute professional, worked efficiently, clearly knows his stuff, fair priced, and just a fun guy. Highly recommend, definitely someone you can trust. I will be going back to Frank for any of my plumbing, heating, cooling needs in the future
Frank was able to come next day to fix an issue with our furnace. He did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how he was going to remediate it. Would recommend contacting Frank for any plumbing needs.

My hot water heater broke on a Sunday and Frank responded to me very quickly upon reaching out to him. He was prompt and efficient and easy to work with.
My wife and I purchased a new gas oven and needed a plumber at short notice. Frank responded to our message quickly, and we easily made an appointment for 3 days later. Frank showed up on time, and quickly disconnected our old range. He then returned the next afternoon (on a Saturday!) to install our newly delivered range. Excellent timely work, clean and efficient. Highly recommend.
Frank Gomes and his assistant were great! They helped troubleshoot a problem with an old steam boiler and did a servicing and cleaning of two boiler units. Frank explained everything he did and answered all my questions. I'll definitely call Frank again when I need more help with plumbing or my heating systems.

I called Frank for an issue with my Gas Boiler and he was able to come out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He walked me through what needed to get done vs. what was more of a "nice to have" and didn't pressure me at all to get more work done than I absolutely needed. I will definitely use Frank again.
Frank and his team worked fast and were great! He told me everything he was doing and even fixed a couple things that we didn’t originally discuss because he found some issues. Everything went great and my new heating unit is installed perfectly
Frank and his team were recommended to me by several neighbors; I reached out for a quote for the installation of a gas line to add a grill to my deck and he was incredibly responsive. He came to take a look and was incredibly detail-oriented, noting several areas of consideration that other plumbers had not mentioned to me - as a result, we hired them for the job. He arrived right on time and was able to complete the project in short order. Great service, great result - would highly recommend!
Frank was a lifesaver. He was fast, professional and very helpful. My partner and I moved into our place recently and have never had an HVAC system before so we were clueless but Frank explained everything he was doing and why. We called him Monday and he was by first thing Tuesday morning and had us up and running in no time. Reasonable pricing and a nice guy.
I called Frank on Sunday nite because our HVAC was blowing hot air. He came on short notice Monday morning and took care of everything quickly, and also offered me DIY recommendations so I can fix minor issues myself in the future. Frank is super professional and super friendly, I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone who needs AC, heat, or plumbing work. You will not be disappointed. Great guy and great, quick work.
I just had a gas dryer delivered, but the delivery folks were not licensed to do the gas hookup. I called Gomes Plumbing Heating and Cooling, and 20 minutes later, Frank was parked in front of my house! It only took another 15 for him to finish the gas hookup. Very happy with the speed and quality of service — thanks, Frank!
Frank was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive. My heat went out on a Sunday morning, so I gave Frank a call and sent him a video of the heater making a really loud sound. Frank diagnosed it immediately but came in person first thing the following morning to verify, and had my heater back up and running within a few hours after purchasing the necessary part. Frank was very professional and I will 100% be using him again in the future!
We did that thing where you wait until the coldest day to turn the heater on... well it didn’t work! Frank was great on the phone and walked me through the checklist for our gas boiler. I sent out a few photos so he could see the type of unit and he called me back to let me know he could be here shortly. Ten minutes later we discovered the pilot light wouldn’t hold a flame and he quickly got the part and we had fire. He was personable and answered any questions I had-made me feel comfortable and confident in his service-and showed up in a mask taking appropriate precautions. We will be reaching out to him to schedule regular servicing of our units.
All 5 star reviews for a reason; Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. 18 hours after calling (on a Sunday night), I have a new water heater installed, up and running. I also used Gomes to fix my HVAC unit over the summer, and received the same great service then.
