He couldn't help me
Called them at around 5pm on a Friday, they fit me into their schedule for the next morning. Got my heat up and running on an 8 degree winter day in about an hour. The tech showed up early, knew what he was doing, explained to me what he was doing, told me things I should look out for going forward, and did extremely clean work. I will be using them for all my furnace maintenance and repairs, price was fair and the service was outstanding.
Mike came to the house the day after calling for an emergency visit. i had no heat on a 25 degree night. Guess not an emergency to him. He looked at the motor, looked in the burner and said i needed a new motor at a cost of $1200. i near fainted, but i found a reputable man and my burner only needed to cleaned thoroughly. So I hope Mike you needed that service fee $105 more than I do and not do this to anyone else.
Awsome work honest guys doesn't give you a run around and you don't have to take out loan to fix your heat.not like some clowns out there
I reached out to Mike to Sat Feb 23 and spiks with Mike. Mike was professional and came out to my house within a few hours. I figured out what the issue minutes before Mike arrived at the house. Mike refused to accept any payment and just wanted to make sure that I was all set before he left. I will definitely be using Mike again in the future if my family encounters a heating emergency.
We had mike come into our home because he had serviced our tank with the previous owners. We are young new home owners and he took advantage of us. He charged 4 times the price of each part. We understand an upcharge but charging 56 dollars for a part that is 10 dollars is ridiculous and another part that’s 45 dollars he charged us 120 dollars then on top of it all charges us 110 for his labor. And my water heater was still leaking and he was going to guess on what was wrong next. Please be careful and ask what the price of his job is before he starts don’t make the same mistake as us.
