I had a problem with my HVAC- Air-Conditioning. Service technician Matthew Desroches showed up and took care of the problem. What was impressive was the clear and helpful explanation he provided of how the problem may be solved and the two options to do so. It immediately telegraphed a sense of trust. He seemed very knowledgeable and truly geared to help solve the problem.

Came through for me when I approached them on issue, so would just comment that the cost of service is high. Although they have a membership service to help reduce cost. They are also professional and know their business

I've always been advised to steer clear from companies that charge for quotes, but swayed by their impressive ratings, I decided to give it a shot. My task seemed straightforward -- simply move a junction box 16" up the wall. I had already handled the dry-wall removal, but preferred to avoid meddling with wires, a task which only involved unscrewing the box, repositioning it, and screwing it back in place. The coordination with the company was good. However, once the electrician arrived, his demeanor was far from friendly. After assessing the situation, he quoted me an astonishing $530 to move the junction box. Feeling defeated, I told him I would consider it and reluctantly paid the $95 consultation fee. I then found an alternative electrician who performed the job for a cost that was half the quote Cranney gave me. It seems that my $95 was the cost of a valuable lesson learned.

I highly recommend Cranny Home Services I want to personally thank Frank and Logan for your professionalism during this process. You quickly set any concerns or prejudice I'd held from past experiences with other companies to rest. The degree of knowledge and hard work I witnessed during this short window from the compassionate logging of the issue to the removal and installation of the unit was impeccable. You have a great team here and you have now replaced others on my speed dial. Keep up the great work and have a great 4th!

Very unprofessional. They charged me the entire one year of cranney value plan (their subscription model), and when I needed their repair on my AC unit they mention we don't support Magic-Pak AC units. Total rip off. Never trust their management, Even though it is family owned, the younger management only knows how to steal people's hard earned money and never do any good service. I called them several times with a request to speak to the manager, they keep on saying "manager is in the meeting and they will call back". Now it is more than 3 days with no return call. I will go through my credit card company to stop their scam!

We had our drains backing up with some major issues. Miles, Derek (drain tech), Peter (plumbing) & Andrew (assistant) were absolutely perfect! They were prompt, clean, professional and friendly. The teamwork with all the departments involved was great! Thanks again for all that you guys did!

All very clear and the price was reasonable. Micheal is very knowledgeable about his work/profession as well as polite, nice, and professional. Great experience!

If you need electrical service HIRE THIS COMPANY! This was my first time with Cranny and will use them again if needed. I had an issue and they came the next day. On time, reasonable cost and the technician was friendly, professional and he resolved the issue quickly.

Free annual plumbing reviews in past years were much more involved and caught real issues. This years was disappointing and missed obvious problems. Tech was friendly enough.
