After getting 4 quotes, I selected Urban to replace my aging AC units with heat pumps. Ross helped navigate the many decisions, and found a great path forward. Work was done promptly and with expert care. Very happy to with the results.
Very easy to contact, informed me of a $10.000 rebate that I had no idea about that I qualified for so the job that would’ve costed me $15,000 only cost me $5,000. Got my whole central air/heat replaced in a day. Would use again for sure. 👌🤌🤌

Ross and his team from Urban Heating and AC installed a ductless AC/Heat system at my daughter’s townhouse in Plymouth Ma. We couldn’t have been happier with the entire process and installation. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely neat. We’re very glad we found Urban Heating/AC and would highly recommend them.
I was very pleased with this company. I was away when my tenant told me something was very wrong with her heating system. I called Urban Heating and AC and after much discussion they went out promptly to look at my system. It was very old and no parts were available so I had it replaced. They came on time and seamlessly got the job done. I’d recommend using them for any of your heating or air conditioning needs.

Removed our existing heating system and replaced with a Bosch heat pump and propane furnace. Installed a mini split heat pump in our attic loft. Absolutely great people to work with. All their installers were professional, knowledgeable and clean. Pricing was spot on for the services provided and they handled all the Mass Save paperwork. Highly recommend!!

I have used urban heating and AC on more than one occasion. For ducted air source heat pump installation as well as split systems. Ross takes it to a whole new level neat clean installation for the right price. Very happy we chose urban and would definitely hire them again in the future.
Our heat went out over night and I called Urban Heating in the morning. Ross was able to send someone over within 20 minutes. The issue was resolved and we have heat again! I have found they always answer calls and will help troubleshoot before having to send someone out. Highly recommend Urban Heating and AC for repairs and installation.
