The people of Casey HVAC arrived when they said they would, and got to work right away. They knew just what had to be done and where the equipment had to go. If they had any questions they consulted me ( the homeowner.)The job was completed on time, and cleaned up, they took all trash. I would recommend them to any one who is considering HVAC work to be done, and for the right price!

Casey installed a wall mounted mini spilt AC system with out side heat pump. Installation and turn on went well. The initial installers left a little mess which I cleaned up. The electricians were prompt, efficient, and very tidy. All in all a very good experience.

We would first like to thank Dave and Mark for their immediately responding to our needs. We are sooooooo satisfied with how the job came out!!!! Tim one the engineers came to our house the next day and went through each step of explaining our needs and which option would fit our situation. He was super through out, and designed exactly what we were looking for. Next came the installation and Jake and R.J. were amazing. They removed all the old equipment and did an excellent job installing the new system. We got both heat and A/C and they work excellent. As they were working on the system Gary came in to help with the finish of the installation and made sure that everything worked according to their excellent standards. An extra special shout out to Jake. He kept us informed as things went along and everything is outstanding. We can't thank them all enough for completing the job quickly and efficiently. A happy couple Diane & Gary P.S. we would recommend Casey Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc, for anyone looking for HVAC work!

Casey HVAC was able to install an Buderus Oil boiler system in my home. I wanted a top of line boiler but the had a budget for total cost. They were able to save on the installation cost by using a lot of my existing equipment. The system works well and they are able to provide on going service.

We had an appointment for an air conditioning repair and the technician never showed up. We called and were told the technician was injured so we had to reschedule. We rescheduled for today and once again they never showed up. I called and the receptionist was really kind and said the scheduler would call me back. I have not heard back from them and doubt that I will. We have moved on to use another company. If you actually want service, I would recommend calling another company.

While I was really impressed with the installation team the maintenance part is horrible. They contacted me for this maintenance. twice now they have not shown up on an agreed upon appointment and verified the day before the appointment. No call to explain. apparently my and my tenants wasted time does not matter to them I am very disappointed and can no longer recommend them

Very professional team. We had an oil furnace with hot water baseboard and central air 20 yrs old. We replaced these with a heat pump . The Casey team spent a lot of time designing the system and we are very happy with the outcome. The pricing is also very competitive. I would highly recommend them

Worst HVAC company. Unprofessional customer service. I needed a piece of equipment for the heater and they are really terrible at service. They sent someone to take a look and he determined which piece equipment is faulty. A few days later they called that the piece of equipment should be there in 4 weeks. 12 weeks later and they don't know where the piece is, when they would have it. Every time it is: " I will call you later today in the afternoon". That never happens.

My first contact with Casey's was on April 14th. Someone took my information and stated that someone would call me back on Monday the 17th. I did not get a call back so I called back on the 18th. I spoke to Chris, seemed very professional, once again I had to give all of my info as well as the details of the system I wanted maintenance for. He scheduled my appointment for Monday May 8th at 1:00. He also stated that I would get an email confirming the appointment as well as a quote. I received no email, no quote. I let it go and waited until today, figured I might get a reminder call of the appointment but I didn't. I called in at 8:30 AM to confirm my appointment. once again, the receptionist took my info, could NOT confirm my appointment and said someone would call me back. An hour passed, no call, so once again I called back. Spoke to Chris who confirmed my appointment but said instead of 1:00, it would have to be 2:00 since someone was on vacation. When 2:30 arrived with no contact, I called to to inquire yet again. With no answer available from the receptionist, I cancelled the job entirely. I cannot judge their actual service but as far as customer communication is concerned, I would not recommend them.

The work by the service personnel was outstanding from Ryan who put together an estimate for the cost of installing a new air conditioner and the actual service installers was top notch. They were efficient and thorough. This is also true for Geoff who has serviced my heating system many times. I would highly recommend Casey for any heating or cooling work.

Called in January was told first service appt was in April, I scheduled, they no call no show. I called them, got a call back, so sorry, rescheduled for today. No call no show. Both times when I called to see why they didn’t show, they knew nothing about our appointment, didn’t know what they were supposed to do, or had any way of figuring it out. I called the owner, Dave, wouldn’t take the call nor call back. I guess he is scared to face another dissatisfied customer. It’s dangerous to do business with people who are not accountable for their business. At least have the guts to take responsibility. Proceed with extreme caution.

Casey HVAC replaced my central Heat & A/C system, which was well beyond it's expected lifetime, very inefficient and not well balanced in the home. My house is much more comfortable and my energy bills are lower - thank you Casey HVAC! My home was quite a challenge, it was built in 1850 and had many generations of HVAC work done over the years. As a result, duct work was everywhere, and as a typical Cape the second floor was always hot and first floor cold. Ryan from Casey HVAC spent time with us to understand our efficiency and indoor air quality objectives, comfort issues with the current system and our budget. Ryan and the team presented us with several proposals at varying price ranges and levels of comfort/control (zoning). We were also working with a dozen other HVAC contractors to get different proposals to meet our objectives. Casey HVAC had a pragmatic proposal that used parts of our existing system that saved us from having to open up finished walls while still being able to zone the system and make sense of the mess of duct work, and reduce the cost of the system. Casey's thoughtful proposals made more sense for our house, winning our business. Installation took about a week and a half as it was not a straightforward project. After installation we noticed a few minor issues. Casey HVAC immediately dispatched service techs to adjust our system until it was perfect when we reported these issues, a benefit of Casey HVAC's scale and talented staff. With such a complicated system retrofitted to an old home some issues were bound to happen, and Casey HVAC was exactly the partner we needed to make it right. We are about four months in with our new system, and couldn't be happier. Thanks again Ryan and the Casey HVAC Team!

Casey Heating installed heat pumps and a hybrid water heater for us. They were on time and very courteous. The sales person, Ryan, listened and worked with us as we worked with MassSave to give us the best system for our needs. Gary, our project manager was very patient explaining every step of the process. Mauricio installed the water heater and explained its use. The heat pump installers, Shane and Kyle, were polite and respectful of our home. The electricians, Tom and Jeff, found a problem with our electrical box that required extra work. We got the estimate on the next business day and the work was completed the following day. All packing and trash was picked up and carried away. Gary started everything up and showed us how to make the most of our new system. Only downside was the office staff lost some of our paperwork but after a few phone calls it was all worked out. Casey also submitted for our MassSave rebate saving us the paperwork. Highly recommend this company.

All of the folks at Casey are very professional. From Ryan who was very knowledgeable about what we were trying to accomplish and how to get there to Dion and Tyler who are great installers and just nice guys. Gary is a great conscientious supervisor who made sure that everything was in place. Tom and Jeff had the electric hooked up in no time and Mauricio did the final inspection and start up. All of them are friendly and knowledgeable and professional and just great to be around. I am extremely pleased that I chose Casey HVAC and got to meet all of these folks. The installation is neat and clean and works like a dream. And I have heat in my kitchen for the first time in 20 years! Thank you Casey and company!
