Installed 4 new RTUs on our building in Dorchester last summer. Best price we got and they did a great job. Everyone we dealt with was super professional and friendly.

Angel was great. Called ahead, arrived when he said he would. Wore booties inside. Was conscientious about cleaning up, including hosing down the outdoor deck across which he walked, and avoiding walking on it after he hosed it down, just before winding up the hose.
Liam, Corey, Alex, Derek, and Marc replaced our water heater and helped us convert from an ancient oil furnace to a new dual fuel system using mini splits and gas fired steam boiler. The crew was on time every day and didn't waste a minute. They were knowledgeable and the installs went as smooth as could be - I'm so happy we went with them!
I've been working with Atlantic for 10+ years now. They've installed two high efficiency boilers for me and an AC. Every one of their folks is smart, communicative and professional.
We were freezing. Our old system died and the company that installed it no longer supported it. I called Atlantic and they came out immediately. 2 days later we had a quality system that performs better than our old one did. The installation was impeccable. The technicians, especially Liam, were friendly and professional and took the time to explain the equipment and installation, and set us up with a regular service contract and all the paperwork necessary to apply for MassSave rebates. Could not be happier!
From the start of contacting this company, to the end of installation., I had nothing less than professionalism. The sales rep William was very informative and responsive to every question and/or email, the installers David and Sheng were both absolutely amazing, the job they did installing my furnace was immaculate, great demeanor. and again as professional as can be. I have nothing negative to say about this company even my interaction with the administrative assistant, Rachel was great, they were ready and willing to answer any questions and/or concerns, amazing communication. And fast and proficient work. I would absolutely use this company again!
Jorge L from Atlantic HVAC came over to the house today to repair a whole house humidifier that hadn’t been working in more than 12 years. Our previous HVAC company tried to diagnose the issue (that they created) and wasn’t able to repair it and as a result we had written the unit off as something that we needed to replace, which would have been extremely expensive. Jorge was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately (humidistat wire connection) and had the system up and running in a matter of minutes. We’ve had Jorge over at the house a couple of times and really appreciate his professionalism and his technical expertise. We couldn’t be any happier with the service we’ve been getting with Atlantic HVAC and we are very glad we switched our HVAC service to them
I have been using Atlantic to service our existing furnace and A/C. Our gas furnace died this fall and Atlantic quickly arrived to diagnose the issue, and was ultimately able to replace the furnace within a week. The team was knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend them to others.

Chris K. was very knowledgeable, informative and provided various options with explanatons for a brand new heating system in my home. Darren C. was very well informed, helpful, pleasant and did an excellent job in coordinating all the numerous aspects of the installation and also explained to me the various steps involved with the installation. Carl L. was absolutely superb in the actual installation of the new heating system and knew all the complicated connections and sophisticated piping requirements. Liam C. was really great and knowledgeable in assisting the team and provided explantions to me and answers during the installation process. The service was excellent throughout the entire process! My brand new heating system with also new hot water system are working perfectly! Thank you to everyone who participated in this project!
Liam did a fantastic job, very professional, very good about letting us know about the issues involved, beautiful work, also went above and beyond to help us get rid of an immensely heavy old unused radiator and an air conditioning unit, totally recommend Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning.
Atlantic stepped up to take over a twice-failed job from other plumbers and were the only reason our home renovation project got back on track. They were expert in their opinions and quality of the work done, communicated effectively and often, and got our project back on track. We needed them to finish and repair work that was left by previous plumbers. The previous plumbers caused substantial freeze damage to the existing hydronic system and left other work that was not to code and sometimes completely unfinished. Darren, Derek, Carl, Liam and others were a pleasure to work with and always took the time to explain their approach and were open to hearing ideas if there were any differences of opinion. Derek really put in "over the top" effort to get us past milestones, even one time when he injured himself but stayed for the inspector to make sure we didn't have to reschedule, even though he was in obvious pain! These guys are great.
I have been using Atlantic for 8 years and I can't recommend them strongly enough. We have a house with many moving pieces and Atlantics work has been impeccable. They are on time, professional and courteous. They just finished an overhaul of our outdated snow melt system. It was a huge project done on time with no inconvenience to us, and, I know this is an odd thing to say, but the new piping and equipment are beautiful.
I had an amazing experience with Atlantic. They installed a Bosch heat pump as well as ductwork throughout our entire 3 story house. We weren't sure what system or brand we wanted at the start but the very knowledgeable salesman, Jamie, walked us through all of our different options and what would work best for our house and our needs. The installation went so smoothly. Andy is a true professional that made sure everything was staying on track and that we were fully satisfied every step of the way. He took such great care with every step - he even made sure they didn't leave a speck of dust anywhere at the end of each day. The rest of the Atlantic team including Darren, John and Liam were wonderful as well. They're experts in their field and it shows. I would (and have!) highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call them again.
We could not have had a better experience! The company fit our repair into their overloaded schedule, showed up within an hour of my initial call and immediately went to work determining the cause of the problem. Within the next hour…problem solved! The AC system was fixed! Ken L and Angel S were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and gentlemanly—and they were thorough. They made sure I understood what the problem was as well as explaining the benefits to updating a particular part. They installed 2 additional fail safes, so that IF our AC fails again, it would eliminate a secondary problem that had occurred. They also took the time to show me step by step, how to troubleshoot. From the initial call, to both men entering with booties, to solving the problem and showing me how the solution works, this was top-notch expertise and service! Many thanks.
Services were thorough. We were quite impressed with Jamie’s calculation for each room’s need for cooling and heating. We contacted Atlantic Air Conditioning in the winter and Jamie told us when to expect installation, he was right on point. Equipment looks great. Installation was neat. Air conditioner worked superbly during the heatwave in July 2022.
Pierre Geneste was my service tech today and performed the maintenance quickly and courteously. Very happy to be using Atlantic and have Pierre here.
