We had AC problem and John had fixed it very skillfully. He even noticed some risks around our unit and fixed the issues. We highly recommend Conway at Billerica!!

Conway heating and air has been our go to for HVAC related needs for the past few years. John is an honest contractor who provides excellent service at a reasonable rate. He replaced an old mini-split system a few years ago for us without any problems and the unit continues to run without issue. I would recommend Conway Heating and Air without reservation!
John and his team are incredible. I needed a new furnace and AC unit installed. John came out immediately, gave me a quote in under an hour, and had his team at my house shortly after that. His price was lower than I expected, and the installation was done in a day and a half. Everything looks great and functions perfectly. I can’t thank John and his team enough for all the work they did. Highly recommend!
John was very through and informative when he came out to look at our AC unit which was 16 yrs old. He worked with us to find the best unit for our home. His team was quick courteous and did an fantastic job installing our new unit. We are looking forward to being comfortable this summer in our home. I highly recommend Conway heating and Air!!!

John and his team are the best! When my furnace went they were out next day and replaced fast. His team was very efficient and polite. They didn’t try to take advantage of my heat “emergency” by jacking the price, as multiple other area firms did. I highly recommend John and his team.
Conway HVAC is one of a kind. He installed central AC in my home many years back and has always made himself available when needed since then. I still have him perform regular maintenance on the system each year. He is reliable, honest, and sincere - tough to find a company like this. John employs a team that share his own work ethic and values. I highly recommend Conway HVAC.

I contacted John and he got back to me almost immediately. I needed a second opinion on furnace and John was able to come out the next day and confirm that in fact I needed a new furnace. We set up a time for installation and three of John’s employees were right on time, pleasant and even were very conscientious about wiping their feet from the snow and rock salt. They cleaned up beautifully and you would never know that a new furnace was installed aside that I have a warm house. I would highly recommend Conway HVAC !
This is our second time using Conway Heating and Cooling, and we were once again thrilled with our service! John was fast, responsive, and is always happy to walk me through what he is doing and what actions I can perform at home to best upkeep our system. We will absolutely continue to use Conway Heating and Air going forward!
My furnace was blowing cold and I sent John from Conway Heating a text message and I got an immediate response and he directed me on how to shut it off. John then told me he’d be out first thing in the morning which was a Saturday to look at it. He was there on time and repaired and cleaned it as well as walked me through the issues and charged me a very reasonable price… He is now my to go guy in the future for any issues… Thanks Conway, heating and air-conditioning!!

I called for a furnace tune up, and because our system had shut down power twice in the previous few days. John was able to come by the next day, did the tune up, checked for problems, and was very willing to explain things and answer my questions along the way. His rate was quite reasonable. We also talked about future plans for the system which is nearing end of life although I was glad to hear John thinks it’s still in good shape. He had some good suggestions for options to consider. By the way, the furnace has behaved itself since then. I will certainly be calling Conway HVAC next time.

John was great! When our furnace broke he came out the same day and found the problem. He was great in explaining the issues to us and our different options. John and his team showed up on time and worked hard to be sure we had heat that night! They were professional, clean and great sports when it came to our crazy pup! We will def use them again in the future. I highly recommend Conway Heating and Air Conditioning!

I've first met John in 2012, and have only used him for heating and AC needs. He's always been very helpful and the crew is very knowledgeable. This past winter, the heat in my house wasn't working and I had called him to fix it. They were busy the next day and wasn't able to service my house he said. I explained that I had a sick 5 yr old at home and would appreciate it if he could get to my house ASAP. John's guy arrived first thing in the morning and fixed my Heat. I highly recommend this team. Service is exceptional!! I had another issue with my vents, now in Dec 22. Once again I called John, the owner of Conway and he himself showed up to fix my issue the very next morning. Again, I highly recommend this team, it’s a no brainer for me.
