Great service from a great company! From the owner Tom to the office staff to the front line employees that completed the work, everyone was helpful, professional and they worked on my project like it was their own. They answered my questions about the options and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Pricing for what I got was more than fair. I've got the right system replacement that will last me for years to come and is already saving me significant money every month. Call TAG HVAC! You won't be disappointed!
I have worked with TAG for years and every time I need their services I am impresses with the knowledge and skill they bring to each job; big and small.
So happy with the heat pump and 3 mini-splits that TAG installed for us. They did a great job! There was one minor adjustment that needed to be made (about a month after installation), they responded immediately and took care of the problem. Another plus about TAG: I like how when you communicate with them you will always get a real live person to talk to.
These folks just became my go to guys for all things HVAC. They are very professional, knowledgeable and don't try to oversell. They really know their stuff. They solved a problem I have been having for months that 3 other technicians from 2 other companies could not, and they did it in just over a half hour and came to the house in just a couple of days from my initial call.
Came out the next day when we had a heating issue. Techs are friendly.
Thank you to TAG for making a confusing process easy. We just replaced our oil furnace to a gas furnace. They explained all of the steps to converting to gas and made the entire process smooth and painless. Their work was excellent, and our house was left spotless at the end of the job. We recently had central air installed including all new ducting and Tag installed quickly, cleanly and for a great price. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone else looking for good quality HVAC equipment installation.
The TAG team installed a mini split heat /AC pump in our home. The job was installed soup to nuts in a fast and efficient manor. Great work from a great crew, all within budget.

Just before Christmas we lost the heat exchanger to our furnace so we called TAG and they came out that day, inspected the furnace and had a quote to replace it. The next day they sent a tech with the new furnace and had heat by the end of the day. They have a good customer service base and the tech was professional and quick. Highly recommended.
I called for an estimate and waited 2 weeks for a return call to set up an appointment. Four weeks later they came to look at my project and it was another four weeks before I received an estimate. The other local company I called came out immediately and gave me an estimate within 3 days. Needless to say, I went with the other company.
Heater
I needed service and was told they would be out within the next couple days. I called 3 times after waiting for them to respond and got nothing. They’re not going to gain customers by being non responsive. I was in a semi emergent situation and they said they’d help and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional. Will not call again.

Everything about them was professional--they responded quickly, counseled me on the best choice for my new oil burner, outlined the decision points, created multiple quotes, showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless! Their office staff was also excellent--highly communicative. Overall, a very good experience. I highly recommend this vendor.
My gas furnace stopped working as a result of a power surge. These guys repaired it all in 1 trip. They're good.
We used TAG for AC and heating services and then chose to replace an old gas boiler with a new one. from the estimate process through the scheduling, installing and billing it was all very professionally taken care of. The service workers were personable, professional, polite, accommodating and trustworthy. We had no complaints. I would highly recommend TAG Heating & Cooling.
Dan performed the yearly maintenance on my heating/cooling system. He wasted no time getting the job done and he cleaned up after he was done.
