Very responsive. My air conditioning unit is not working in a very hit day. No appointment available, but they managed to send someone over within one hour. The compressor is dead. But I highly appreciated such a fast response time.
Quickly responded and rectified our heating issues. The office team and technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend Concord Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank you!

These guys are the absolute best! True professionals every step of the way. Ward and his guys did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system and tankless hot water heater. They were informative from the beginning and gave us many options on equipment. They showed up as scheduled and cleaned up as if they were never here. A++++++++++++++++++!!!
A/C unit broke on a 96° day. Came out next morning and fixed everything in 45 minutes. Very reasonably priced, highly recommend them.
i bid out 3 vendors for total install of HVAC to 200 year old house. they came in the lowest and offered a lot of creative ideas for solving cold attic and other issues with old house. The owners are incredible - Ward and Chris. Always attentive, prompt, fair, never nickle and dime. True Story: Over Prez day weekend two years ago our system went down when it was about -10 outside for several days. I was out of town and had a house sitter. Situation was really dire - house temp down to about 40 and 2am on Saturday night of holiday weekend. I called the service in middle of the night and they got right back to me. The owner was on the Cape, drove up 2 hours to our house and fixed. (And i think it was the propane company that caused the problem.) These guys got it solved. The level of service was embarrassing it was so incredible BUT we needed help badly and these guys just solved it - no questions asked. I just had Ward come over to help with bad filters and it reminded me i needed to give them a review. So glad i went with these guys. These guys are stand up people, hard workers and very fairly priced. This review is my small/tiny way of saying a sincere and genuine thank you to Chris, Ward and the entire company. Had this company come in yesterday to service AC as fan was not coming on. Been at this location previously so they knew the system. Technician said the thermostat needed to be replaced. Is a very basic Honeywell digital thermostat and they wanted $270 for a new one to install! Told them if that was all that was needed we would get one and put it in. Got a new one at Lowe's (exact same one) for $49. Installed in 15 minutes and system still not working. Called again today and now they refuse to come back! I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service and such ridiculous pricing - they also wanted $25 for a new filter. Bought 2 for $19! I am all for paying a little extra for good customer service but not in to being gouged! As a follow up had Concord Oil (who now does AC work) came in (showed up in less than 1/2 an hour from call. Was not the thermostat - was a jump wire in thermostat that just needed to be corrected. Old thermostat is back on and system is working. This tells me these people are either scamming people or do not know what they are doing!
