Overall I had a great experience with this company. They had availability on the same day that I called, so within a few hours, they were at my condo. Both of the technicians were very helpful and explained the process. My dryer duct system needed to be cleaned and part of it replaced. All of this was done relatively quickly, and now my dryer is working well again.
