Plus they do plumbing too, which is my next repair project. They were recommended to me by my boss and I'm glad I listened. And yes, I noticed my unintentional puns, LOL.

I’m always happy with my service from United Air Temp. I found them through my home warranty company and they always follow up with me and keep me posted on repair and parts statuses. I recently had my AC unit serviced and my dryer ducts cleaned. The tech arrived early and was professional and friendly. The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be keeping them on my list of go to pros as well as referring them to family and friends. Thank you for treating me like a VIP!!

I was expecting him at nine he got here at 9:55. Actually, I thought he was coming at eight but then found out that you do not have appointments until nine. I still do feel that you guys do a fantastic job, but at the price of almost $400 a year is high. In South Carolina for the same service two times a year and the same guarantees we get it for $160. Just saying.

After waiting 2 days, the technician comes to the house and says that United does not work on Carrier units for AHS contracts only, but they will if we paid them COD. Even then, he can not diagnose the problem, and will have to send a different technician and will still be not covered. This is totally unprofessional, wrong and unethical.

I used this company through my home warranty to do some plumbing work: running crapper and clogged sink drain The young man did a nice job to help solve my minor problems, but he insisted on trying to sell me on other unrelated jobs that are not covered by the warranty. This is a business model that I despise. I am sure many people get duped by this tactic.
