Farnen installed a new hvac and central air in my home in March 2023. They did a fabulous job. Since they were not able to test the AC at the time, they came out last week and made sure everything was working properly. The Tech Shaun P was not only knowledgeable, he was friendly and answered all my questions.

Our 15 yr old system had died. Farnen & Dermer checked it and recommended replacement rather than sinking time and $$$ chasing repair. While I wasn’t thrilled about taking on the expense, Farnen & Dermer came out, checked the old system and had the replacement units installed by the end of the day. Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly service!
Had a leak from my kitchen faucet. The company came out the next day and fixed it.
My two outside pipes had burst over the winter. One was behind the shower wall. Shaun P. was very professional and explained everything to me. He opened the shower wall and after fixing the pipe he added an access panel just in case this happened again. Great work! Thanks Shaun!

Farnen & Dermer’s Tech, Shaun, did a great job resolving a very tricky issue for us. He kept with it until he found the one stray wire that was the cause of the problem. Thanks, Shaun!!!
Our go to provider for HVAC support. Eric did a great job and proactively pointed out an unrelated plumbing issue I need to have addressed. I appreciate him doing that and preventing something minor from becoming a larger issue.
We had farnen & dermer do a bunch of work at our house 2 years ago. One of the pipes they installed started leaking, and even though it was past the warranty they came out to make the repair without charging me. The guy was on time, thorough, and just a really friendly dude. We've had such a wonderful experience with this company and we will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.
