I've worked with Ken and his team for years for service/installation on my personal residence and investment properties. They are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. On top of that, they are consistently less expensive than other HVAC contractors when bidding jobs. Most recently, Ken quickly responded to my request to diagnose and repair a boiler at the Boys & Girls Club, an organization I proudly support. He did this gratis to support the young people of Baltimore. Highly recommend KTC.
KTC installed my new heat pump and furnance! Pat Miller did an amazing job.
