Two guys arrived promptly and went to check the outside unit. Found pretty quickly that there was a bad connection that had melted the plastic cap. They quickly fixed it. great job.

We contracted T & Y Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our AC unit. They arrived at the scheduled time and worked all day and late into the evening to finish the installation.
They will not push services on you and will keep you well informed on what you can do for your units. The tech made sure to call 20 minutes before coming out and scheduling is easy.

AC was down right before holiday. called the company at late night and was responded promptly. The customer service team was really helpful and patient. My AC was fixed up and running on the first business day after the holiday! I would highly recommend others to use their service.

We suffered through the night because our A/C unit Stop working. I called T & Y Heating & Air Conditioning and they said they could come within an hour. About half an hour the tech arrived and was really professional and honest. Thank you so much for the help!
They put in a mini split for me and they were right on time and did a nice job, cleaning up after themselves and they were very efficient. It works great and I am very happy with it.
