Last night, I experienced an HVAC emergency. Thankfully, because of my Gold Package membership, a technician was able to visit my home within two hours, solve the problem, and not pay a dime out of pocket. My technician, Mohan, was professional, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend Mohan and Michael and Son to any homeowner seeking maintenance, care and warranty on their HVAC system.
HVAC tech, William, was very helpful and thorough in diagnosing the issue with our A/C unit. He was able to repair it and explained what the issues were and what he was doing. Really appreciated his thoroughness and helping me understand the system even when it was the end of day.
The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. Very pleasant and professional.
They sent the best guy out there dude was amazing “you made me work late” was there within 10 freaking minutes I kid you not dude is darn fast I was still on the phone to schedule and they had a guy call before I finished scheduling them these dudes is quick people incorporated professional service with charisma like a Mfer got the job done and really made my day with the way he did the pricing and invoices even the lady on the phone Bless you with my potty mouth got my schedule really good this guys are like the Cadillac or Tesla of house repair if they offered me more service I would pay them more they get an app together it’s over how do I invest? a pluses and high fives alll around with rainbows
Everyone was very professional. However the work I paid for yesterday on my air condition is not working and the technician said it was all up and running fine. Having to schedule another appointment today because if it. This is really an inconvenience and very uncomfortable.
We just moved to Maryland and purchased a home with problems that arose when we moved in and were not identified by the home inspector in his report. We called Michael and Sons to give us a quote on replacing the water heater and the technician they sent was Mr Joseph Hawkins. He strikes to me as a very experienced technician, very professional and thorough with his job. He also discovered that the backflow valves were expired and recommended replacement which I completely accepted. This was one integral part of the inspection which was again omitted by the home inspector. Another technician, Chris, who serviced my HVAC was very polite and had good recommendations to make the system run efficiently. Great team from office to front line technicians. They all work efficiently and effectively Plaudits to Michael and Sons!

Woke in the middle of the night to a house that was 86 degrees. The repair person arrived on time and found the issue immediately. Replaced the part. Determined there was an underlying problem. Fixed that problem. Thank you very much!

Kevin was absolutely wonderful. He arrived promptly at 8am, quickly got to work and was able to diagnose the issue and amend it the same day! I went from having no AC to having AC in less than an hour. I'd recommend Kevin 100%!

He was very thorough in finding out the problem, explaining what he found so that I was able to understand and provided visuals of the problems he found. Great guys! They worked nonstop removing the old HVAC and installing the new one until the job was finished. One worked inside and the other worked outside in my backyard. They both went over everything once they completed all work. Clean up any mess and we’re very professional.
