I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately my new air-conditioning unit had a severe leak already. However, Sila continues to always be professional and charged me nothing. They will be back in September some time with a follow-up diagnosis. To be continued....
I was very impressed with the level of knowledge, prompt service, professionalism, and customer service of both technicians that came to our service call. We had a tricky and annoying issue leaving our sleeping area very hot and it was handled quickly and with clear and transparent communication. I appreciate both technicians and can’t say enough positive things about this company.
My second time calling Sila for service - this time for a plumbing problem with my shower. Roger quickly assessed the issue & was able to make the repairs after ordering parts. I’m a happy customer & would recommend them!
We had a new HVAC system installed. G was absolutely outstanding-- personable, responsive and professional. He worked nonstop until the job was done and then took the time to explain the system and new Thermostat. He is an asset to SILA and should be well compensated!
Sila Service repairman Keith came to our house today . In the Five years he is the absolute best man for the job. He is the first one that has come and resolve the issue without leaving our home. He also assured us that everything will be covered as it was a malfunction of one of the pieces in the motherboard. He was respectful, professional, and I really hope he’s the one that comes back and continues to work with our air conditioning system Keith I hope you get this message because you deserve it. You deserve recognition because in this world there are very few that actually do their job. I really am so grateful that I was given the choice of choosing servicemen for our house and chose someone else and that someone with you thank you thank you Keith
Their estimate was 40% higher than a competitor. When they arrived I told them I thought an estimate I received by someone else was too high, so I was surprised when they went even higher by 40% ($5k versus $3.5k). I also didn't like the high pressure sales tactic. The tech was using phrases like, "what can I do to get you to move forward with this today?" I'm not at a car dealership.

Tony was on time within the timeframe. He was not only polite, but also knowledgeable and professional. He answered my questions and gave good advice. Although my appointment was for the $59 AC tuneup, it wasn't my plan to purchase the warranty which seemed a bit costly. However, I did understand it was the best route to take for my 12 year old system. Also, Tony leveled my outdoor system which overtime had began to sink forward due to settling of the ground that I noticed also. I was very satisfied with Tony's job performance.
Excellent service and a great technician. This company installed by air conditioning service 11 years ago and it has been working great over the years. I highly recommend this company.

Tech was efficient
Unfortunately I could not use the business. They wanted to take my credit card number and keep it on file and as a matter of course I do not do that. If the company is hacked, then my credit card could be compromised. This is not a good business practice, in my opinion, but they refused to come out unless I allowed them to keep my number on file. I have used them in the past and I don't remember ever being asked for this in the past.
Christian was professional and friendly. He gave me guidance on how to extend the life of my system. He was on time and easy to work with.
