Marvin and his team at Beyond Cooling were simply AMAZING! I had made my mind up that it was finally time to replace my old HVAC R22 refrigerant system. I had been dealing with leaks and repairs for the past few years and was over it!! I found Beyond Cooling online and was in awe of the great reviews by soo many customers. I called Marvin last Monday, he came out the same day, inspected my system and explained to me what the problems were and what he could do to fix them. He is extremely great at explaining HVAC equipment and functions. After weighing my options, I decided to go with the Bosch IDS 2.0 system. Marvin and his crew ordered, and installed the system the same week. They also fixed my duct issues that had prevented my 2 back bedrooms from getting air flow for years. I couldn't be happier. I can't tell you the last time I got my desired temp of 68-70 degrees on the 2nd floor. What a pleasure it was doing business with your company. Thanks Again Marvin!
Beyond Cooling LLC is without a doubt the most professional company out there. Marvin and his crew did an outstanding job of installing an air conditioning system in our 85 year old home. Their work ethic and craftsmanship is stellar. I cannot express in this space how impressed we have been by this company. From the moment we agreed on the contract to completion of the job we have been unbelievably impressed. They were careful of our home furnishings and carpets, placing drop cloths on surfaces. At the end of each work day, they picked up and cleaned the area in which they had worked. Kept us in constant communication as the job progressed. Marvin was gracious enough to work around our crazy schedules which put him behind in other jobs. Quality work at a fair price, a work ethic that isn't easily found today. You can't go wrong hiring Beyond Cooling LLC.
Our household had been without heat for almost two weeks and my son who had a similar experience referred the company to us called BEYOND COOLING LLC. We called the repairman Mr Marvin Garcia on Thursday and within several hours he arrived at the house and immediately got into assessing the issue (which was no easy task because we’ve had this same furnace for over 40 years that’s right 40 years, it’s a relic). As a matter of fact we discovered that most of the critical operating parts were no longer being manufactured. Turns out that yes even though we need to replace the furnace it came down to one of the critical operating pieces that needed replacing. Mr Garcia said he he found the piece we need from one manufacture but it could take up to two weeks before they could get him the part so he personally went on line to do his own research and the next day (Friday) he notified me that he found the part and by midday he came in and replaced the faulty part. It was through Marvin’s personal effort that we had heat within 24 hours within his initial visit. We would “HIGHLY RECOMMEND” the services of Beyond Cooling LLC.
Marvin's & his employees are very efficient & timely. They made sure my house stayed clean. I needed duct work & A/C installed in my rancher. Marvin said it may take a week and a half. It only took 4 1/2 days to complete the work. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Beyond Cooling.
Marvin and his team did a fantastic job. I needed a new HVAC split system in a small space. Marvin came out and gave me an estimate and came back the next day to install everything. He added a smart thermostat and walked me through everything from start to finish to get everything set up. It can be difficult to find someone in this business who is interested in making sure the customer is getting a fair price and professional service. I appreciate the transparency in the estimate and not feeling the pressure of the “upsell,” which has been my previous experience using HVAC services. Beyond Cooling was prompt to evaluate our failing HVAC system and offered a temporary solution. When we were ready to replace the HVAC system, Beyond Cooling was again available to quickly schedule the job at our convenience. The work was completed in one day. The crew arrived on time as scheduled and took measures to keep our home clean through the process of their work. Carlos showed me the new system and how to operate the new thermostat that was installed once the work was completed. Marvin held his team to high standards to provide excellent service. The new HVAC system is functioning much better than the previous one, which gives peace of mind for the coming winter. Beyond Cooling was a great company to work with.
If you’re having issues with heating/cooling in your place, please don’t hesitate to contact Beyond Cooling. They resolved my heating/cooling issues by installing a new Bosch unit in my place, see pic attached. They recommended a great unit, and their service is great as well. Beyond Cooling is amazing!

Marvin and his team at Beyond Cooling were FANTASTIC!!! Our A/C started acting up on a 95 degree weekend. Marvin came out, confirmed we had an R22 refrigerant leak, and explained everything to us in basic, understandable terms. Since we had a 16 year old condenser and couldn't simply fix the leak and refill it because R22 is no longer used, we had to replace it. Marvin was very patient with our many questions and online research; he is great at explaining HVAC equipment and functions in layman's terms. He also explained why he liked Bosch and stood behind it. They replaced our condenser the next day and we have been happy since! THANK YOU MARVIN AND TEAM AT BEYOND COOLING!!!
Marvin and his team were prompt, clean and courteous. I've had another HVAC company out and they couldn't figure out my Ecobee thermostats, and Marvin knew all about them - in fact he was pretty happy we had them. He knew all the settings on it that most don't. He was very honest and helped us with our older HVAC unit that was leaking refrigerant, loud and just not that efficient. While he didn't push me to replace my unit, I figured in the end, it was best to replace now rather than wait until the unit died. They did a wonderful job explaining the install, giving me recommendations, setting my ecobee properly. Now we have a more efficient unit, less humidity in the house and much quieter unit! I can't recommend them enough as it is hard to find knowledgeable, courteous, hard working and honest people this day in a trade business. Oh, and their prices were highly competitive. Plus he truly went above and beyond to make sure the system was working at peak performance.

Beyond Cooling,LLC provided us with prompt, punctual, and highly-professional services. Extremely ambitious, polite, and highly qualified. The work they did on my 40 year old HVAC system with difficult attic access , was superb.
When I tell you Mr. Marvin and his crew were on point, they were on point. Not only did he come out when he said he would, he gave me a fair market estimate, he also fixed something that was not even on the service call. Prompt, courteous, professional, I have referred him to 3 people already. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend his service.
Multiple quotes were obtained to replace the AC system when it broke after 15 years. Beyond Cooling's Marvin made a good professional impression from the start, being knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Given concerns about climate change, energy bills, I went with a nice Bosch 20 seer. One company quoted more for a 16 seer than his 20 seer quote. Another company quoted nearly twice as much--an exorbitant rate-for a 19 seer. Beyond Cooling's family owned business had known workers coming in to do the work, as scheduled and were professional and courteous. They took the time to fine tune things and make sure the machine was working at its best. The unit came with a nice thermostat with multiple room based sensor capacity to ensure most efficient energy consumption and I also got a UV light. The air filter works much better than my previous unit and only has to be changed after 6 months--no more climbing up into the hot attic to change filters every month. Though I like radiator heat, that furnace is at the end of its lifespan so I will try heating this upcoming winter with my new unit. I am looking forward to much lower energy bills this year. Marvin has been responsive about my questions and concerns even after installation. I highly recommend this more honest, family based company which delivers quality equipment and service.
