Called this morning to get my HVAC system fixed. I am happy to say we now have heat. Hawkeye services was not only professional but thorough in completing my HVAC repair. Kenny the owner was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done every step of the way. Looking forward to my spring Hvac check up . Will definitely be utilizing Hawkeye services again.
Kenny and Christina are a very professional and reliable team. Kenny has quickly resolved emergency situations (no heat in winter), installed my smart thermostat, replaced my water heater, and will continue to be my go-to professional for home repairs, maintenance, and updates. This entire experience was very professional. The initial call and request for service went so smooth. The technician arrived on time in a snow storm. My heat went out and he was the only one ready to come help my family. He was very detailed in explaining things to me as he searched for the issue and subsequently fixing it. I even had a question after he left and was able to reach out at no extra charge. I HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Kenneth is very professional and responsive and does quality work . I have used his company on 2 occasions for work needed at my rental property. My AC broke down on my tenant in early September. He was referred by a friend and provided prompt service to repair after ordering the parts. He did a thorough job and sent pics and video of the work performed. His rates were much more competitive than if I used my home warranty company. He also recently repaired a slow leak that he identified with my water heater. Preventing the situation from getting worse.
Hawkeye Services did an outstanding job servicing and repairing our HVAC system. After another company try to convince me to buy a new system when our AC went out, Hawkeye saved me thousands of dollars assessing and repairing our unit. Will definitely continue using Hawkeye and recommend others to do the same.
