HVAC Maintenance went well, two technicians onsite were professional and pleasant.
Great service, HVAC and thermostat wasn’t working so they sent a tech out. Tech identified blown fuse, replaced, and good to go. I always recommend them for HVAC and AC support.
They have done multiple jobs for me. AC wasn't kicking on. They setup a time to visit. Fixed a loose wire, didn't charge me. Good service.
Billy was on time, actually early! He explained everything he was going to do, and why. He offered tips on energy efficiency and system maintenance. As usual with Dick’s a very good experience.
Arrived way before my appointment time. Assessed the problem and made repairs. Answered my questions and provided some easy maintenance pointers that I could use to improve the system operation over time.
Josh and Chad were professional and knowledgeable. They both removed and installed a new furnace and did a fantastic job. They were on time, quick, and efficient. 5 stars!
I called first thing in the morning, they were able to come that afternoon, and they were so understanding that I was running late and were super flexible with me. He was professional and polite, explained everything to me as he was doing it and answered all questions before he left. Super clean and worth the price! Will definitely be using them again and recommending to everyone.

Josh (technician) check the HVAC multiples times to see if there was a problem. Explained throughly what he did and gave me recommendations if the unit stops heating.
Josh called ahead and arrived on time. He took care to cover his shoes before walking on our hardwood floors. As he serviced our two furnaces, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very personable and professional. I am quite satisfied with the work.

Dick’s is always first-rate. They respond quickly, they’re polite and professional and their techs are always on-point. They come when they say they will so you’re wasting a day waiting and they always clean up.
The service by all the three men was excellent they were professional on time and thorough. I especially like the way the last workmen to leave the house (Trey Brown) went to the house to ensure no debris or trash had been left. I see why my father’s been using you all for at least the last 30 years thank you. Thank U All for such GREAT SERVICE!!
