Butch and his team (Cody and Chuck) are very knowledgeable, skilled, honest and experienced! They did an outstanding job replacing my entire Furnace and AC system. I didn't realize how inefficient my old one was until it was replaced. My house is much cooler at a higher setting. Quality job for a very fair price!!!
FRS is the very best....bar none. I've known Butch Gersey and his wife Mary for 28-years and during that time have had Butch come to my home on numerous occasions for air conditioning and furnace work. He is not only reasonable, but is one of the most honest and trustworthy business person I have ever met in any walk of life. Furnace went out early Saturday afternoon. I gave them a call, they had the lowest trip charge quoted then others, and were at my home within 30 minutes. Everything was up and running within 1 1/2hrs of my first call. They were great and I couldn't beat the price. I plan to use them soon to upgrade to a new system.
I have had Butch with FRS come out on several occasions to work on my 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. On one recent occasion, Butch was extremely busy with service calls during a heat wave in July. He was able to talk me through some diagnostic steps to help him determine the issue with my central A/C. He then made time late that afternoon to come and install the replacement parts to get my system up and running. Butch is a seasoned professional that takes great care and concern for his customers.
