This was my regular summer inspection and all checked out well. Adam and Chris were very personable. My only suggestion is they come with footies. I should not have to ask, this process should be automatic when customers have carpet.
Adam made an emergency call to my place within an hour of my call. Service was professional and skilled. I highly recommend. Hard to find such great customer service. Love the service contract offered!

Brandon and Mike worked as a great team. They were knowledgable and honest. I would want them to fix any issue I have in the future. Went above and beyond. These guys deserve a raise for outstanding customer service.
We were very impressed with B&B. DJ and Jason came out same day I called; they were very honest and professional. Thankfully, our AC needed a simple fix which they did in no time! We will definitely call them again.

Have had a service contract with B&B for over 20 years, and have always been very pleased with the quality of service, and this visit was no exception. Complaint was a very loud and unusual noise made by the pump. Adam worked patiently until he had duplicated the problem, then tried several solutions. He ended up replacing the pump, as the old one was still under warranty, and diligently tested it to make sure it was functioning properly. Adam was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and didn't seem to mind me looking over his shoulder and asking questions while he worked. He was also careful to clean up after himself.
Thanks again to Trel and Chris for performing the regular summer maintenance check/servicing of my HVAC units! The units we purchased from you this past year are not only better than our old unit was economically, but they’re also much more quiet as your installers were able to eliminate two condensate pumps with the new installation; thereby also eliminating two other parts that had failed in the past and could have failed in the future.

Have been under contract for service w/B&B Air Conditioning & Heating for years. Very pleased with their work (likely got multiple more years out of an older model AC than we would have otherwise.). When the unit finally failed, Dave & Adam were out the next morning to take a look and provide a reasonable quote. I would highly recommend B&B, whether you are looking for annual service on you existing equipment or looking for quotes on a new AC or furnace.
A very reliable company. I have been using them for many years. New heating and air conditioning system install September 2021. Dave lead the other 3 men with him. He took charge. I always ask for Dave because he is a excellent worker and leader. Shows up on time and completes the job in a timely manner. His customer service is excellent. I hope I could get him all the time. Adam with B&B did a thorough job servicing our hvac system as well as meticulously problem solving a leak issue. He identified the issue and rectified the problem in a cost effective manner, while also taking the time to communicate the details of the problem. Highly recommend.
The technician was very knowledgeable and careful in going through our house. He explained the situation with our units and gave us a couple different options. Will use this company again.
BBAir was able to come out promptly to fix our ac unit. Dave knew the problem right away and checked other things before he left to make sure everything was running okay.
Dave arrived very quickly after we requested service and called to let us know he was en route. He was polite and professional during the whole visit and had the issue resolved in less than 20 minutes. When finished he took time to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend.
