Reliability Home Services sent out Matthew to check out our HVAC system for not cooling and they couldn’t send someone better. In addition to Matt explaining everything extremely well, he was really courteous and respectful. The service was performed well and faster then expected. Awesome job!!
Called for a sump pump, battery back up and alarm. Charged $99 diagnostic fee for the technician to tell me it would cost $8500. The “Band-Aid” fix was to replace the main pump only for $1900. I got a battery back up, main pump and alarm from Home Depot for $450 and install took 10 min. These guys are a scam.

The Service Technician Mr Erik Winebrenner was very professional in his appearance. He was very knowledgeable about the Trane unit at my home. He quickly found the problem and had my home HVAC up and running. Reliability Home Services has a keeper for an employee. I'm sure the company is proud to have him in their employment.

Great experience from start to finish. Erik did an amazing job finding us the part we needed after a free consultation visit. The part arrived on time and Reliability kept us posted on the status of the visit. Zach and Robert did a great, efficient job on the install and everything’s running smoothly. The 6 month labor warranty included in our fair price gives us peace of mind with winter coming. They are clean, friendly and flexible with visit times. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repair/install.
We have used Reliability Home Services a few times now and these guys are great! I would recommend them to anyone. William (plumber) is always friendly and super helpful, and we always ask for him for our plumbing services.
Erik arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was able to get me pricing options and explained the repair to me so I understood what was going on. The VIP service was excellent and I would recommend Reliability Home Services to anyone looking for installation, service and repair for any of the services they provide. I have used this company for the last 8 years and will continue to do so.

Reliability Home Services is the only company I use to service my HVAC needs. I discovered my A/C unit was leaking and called them to come out to look at what was causing the problem. A technician was out within a few hours. Chris explained in detail what issue was, even showing me pictures and laid out all my options for the fix. He was able to start work immediately to resolve the issue. The service required him to come back the next day to finish to which he was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, after all the work, I noticed a little drip from the unit and had to call back but was able to get another to come out and take care of it. Matt was equally as friendly and it turned out to be a quick fix. I appreciate them completing the jobs so quickly. I will continue to use and recommend RHS for HVAC needs!
Please be careful when using this company. Note, the company only has two master licensed technicians. I used this company to install a new ac unit and a month and a half later system failed. Please be diligent in looking into a company past good reviews. Unfortunately, I entered a service agreement under false pretenses, no one who installed my unit was able to do so legally without direct supervision by a master technician.
Eric and David were amazing! I contacted this company on a Friday afternoon after my A/C stopped working the day before. I am 39 weeks pregnant and was miserable. Other companies wanted to come out on Monday, but Reliability Home Services sent Eric and David out the same day and they were able to get my home to start cooling back down within a couple hours! Eric quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to explain several options/packages that would get the unit back up and running ASAP. My baby and I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!
We have been members with Reliability for a few years, and on top of their built-in service for our HVAC system, they always come through when something goes wrong. This week we had an issue with the diverter in our tub/shower. I scheduled an appointment online and a service tech came out the next morning to fix the problem. Will, our regular plumbing technician, is always courteous and professional. We'd never go to anyone else.
Matt did a great job. My Husky instantly liked him as well. Matt was great on giving me information about the problem as well.
I had a problem with outside water faucet that was constantly leaking. Mr. McGee looked at the outside faucet and inside the house to where it was connected and determined the problem. He gave me different options and explained each, so I could decide what to pick. He then got the tools and equipment that was needed and did the repair the same day. Mr. McGee was very professional and easy to talk to. The repair was done efficiently and effectively. I will use Reliability for all future services.
Super fast response time. From first call to project completion was less than 4 hours. Which, is quite frankly amazing. Would highly recommend!!
