Very responsive and conscientious service technician replaced the fan motor in our HVAC unit. This is second job Pinnacle has performed for us with excellent results.

Pinnacle repaired some improperly installed ducts and fixed HVAC issues in my home. They were respectful and professional. They worked quickly and diligently. I felt the price was fair. The work looks great. I trust it was done correctly and I like knowing they will come out again if I have any issues. I recommend them. Five stars.
The technician was nice,thoroughly explained everything.
The driver of their van needs his license revoked. I watched him cut off at least a half dozen people, passing in the right lane at high speeds in heavy traffic. Not once using turn signals or offering any kind of road courtesy. If this is the kind of people that Pinnacle employs, I wouldn't trust them to install a ceiling fan.
Had our air conditioning and furnace replaced like 9 years ago , and we have the maintenance service started 2021 . No complaints !
They came and accessed and did absolutely nothin. My house is still cold. I know I was getting financial help, but to just cut me off. It wasn't my fault that civic works and Pinnacle heating didn't care enough about me to help fix.
The technician named Josh was awesome he came out and looked at our Samsung units that were down when we had no AC. These are the type that hang on the walls because it’s an older house in Pasadena. He helped show us how to clean the filters and then gave us all our options after looking at all the units (4) in the house. Didn’t feel ripped off or mislead and would happily use this service (with Josh requested again) anytime.
They charged $150/hr for labor then sold replacement parts with a 600% markup. They charged me $120 for a capacitor that can be purchased anywhere for less than $20. Shameful price gauging. Do not hire.

We had Pinnacle relocate some of our outdoor units at our building. They did a fantastic job for us and pricing was great.
Our service technician was Jason incredible and I could not have had a better experience. He was so kind and thoughtful. He was on time with a joyful attitude, delightful to talk to, very professional, wore a mask the entire time and even showed me how to take care of my system as I am a new homeowner. He was expedient and very Respectful of my home. I never knew getting my AC done would be the thing to brighten my entire day. I’m so pleased with the service I received and most certainly won’t be calling anyone else. To have someone employed by a company that is that happy really tells you something something about the people in charge. I’m so glad I called pinnacle!
