Kenny was absolutely wonderful , he gutted and replaced my unit and did such a fabulous job . Excellent customer service and great prices compared to other places that’s out there . He will always be my go to for any heating and air conditioning issues I may have in the future .

After hearing of the many mediocre and bad experiences that friends and family had with HVAC replacements, I was relieved by the excellent experience I had with HPK. Our AC compressor lunched itself during a heat wave at the end of June, a couple of days before we were going on vacation, and we returned the week of 4th of July. Presumably because of the upcoming holiday, many HVAC service companies were not returning calls, and of those that did, a few had laughable waiting periods for getting a simple estimate. Kenny from HPK was able to provide an estimate the same day we called, and his prices were competitive with what we knew a full air conditioning and furnace replacement ran in our area. He scheduled the replacement for later in the week. The quick turnaround was of paramount importance since my wife is 6 months pregnant and we were in the beginning of July with no air conditioning. We went from a phone call on Monday to a brand new working AC and furnace, blowing glorious cold air, Friday afternoon, on a week with a holiday stuck right in the middle. Kenny did not try to upsell us on unnecessary additions to our project, and simply let us know what our options were without pushing us to the most expensive units; I really appreciate not having to deal with an uncomfortable high pressure sales situation that is all too common in home repair and renovation industries. HPK was also extremely prompt when performing the actual service, showing up at the scheduled time both days that the service was performed. When a potential issue arose, Kenny immediately brought it to our attention letting us know the impact it may have had on the original estimate; luckily he was able to work around the problem, but again, I really appreciate knowing about the issue when it arose versus potentially finding out about it when it came time to settle up at the end. Unfortunately on the hottest day of the year the AC went out. Called several places first and was told it would be 2 to 3 days before they could get out. Called Kenny and he got me serviced within a few hours and did a great job for a very reasonable price. AC is on and everyone is happy, I highly recommend HPK for your heating and cooling issues. Fast response to broken air conditioner, quick fix and professional explanation
Kenny was professional and friendly, and most importantly in my situation, came to my home quickly (my heat pump motor gave out, and the temperature was about 15 degrees.) I will definitely call HPK next time I have a heating or air problem!
