Grove Heating and Cooling came to the rescue when my AC went out during a 90 degree week! They fit us in the same day that we called, found and fixed the issue! Our technician was both a professional and Knowledgeable.
Derrick was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. I like that he was respectful of my home and answered all of my questions. I will be using Grove Heating and Air again.
The Grove HVAC tech arrived and explained, in detail; specific questions I had regarding replacement part. Lucas was the ultimate professional.
Technician Derek/Derrick ( I hope I have his name correct on at least on of those ) was courteous, professional, and explained each process he performed while troubleshooting/ repairing my unit. Problem corrected on one of the hottest days of the year, one day removed from Independence Day. Thanks for fitting me into an appointment. I will be a repeat customer in the future with Grove Heating and Cooling.
Update/27 June 2023: Once again needed Grove, this time to urgently replace the hot water heater, and once again, Grove delivered. They provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you! Mom thanks you, too! Excellent, courteous, and responsive customer service by the technician, Jason Welch, on more than one occasion. Thank you for helping my mom out with her HVAC, we are very pleased and will continue to call you with our HVAC needs.
Wow. What a pleasure. I contacted Grove, maybe 2 weeks ago. Larry came out, discussed what we were trying to do, and provided a quote within the same day. It got better from there. Carlos and his team installed our mini-split Mitsubishi system today, and it was an absolute pleasure. They were prompt, polite and professional. I cannot say enough great things about Grove Heating and Colling. Thank you!

I had an issue with my air conditioner come up over the weekend. I was able to easily schedule service online and someone was out the next day to handle the repair.

As it is that time of year again I tested my AC and found it wanting. Responding the same day I called (within hours!) it was determined a circuit board had failed and it’s replacement was required. They did so within two days, that delay on my part than theirs. They will get my business again in the future.
