Great knowledge and service. Was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and explaining it. Great and outstanding job.
Our air conditioner broke down on Sunday afternoon, and S&L sent a tech in less than 24 hours. Our AC was 23 years old, so we decided to go ahead and replace the unit, along with the furnace. The new AC, furnace, and installation team arrived on Thursday morning, and J and Steve had everything running by the afternoon. The AC has been on for less than an hour and the top floor of our townhouse is already chilly! Yay!!!!! Thank you everyone at S&L!
Wow!! Steve arrived, figured out in minutes what out A/C problem was, replaced the defective unit and explained everything in a way I could understand. Couldn’t ask for a more professional, fast and economical solution. Be assured, I will use him again if I need anything HVAC related and will tell all of my friends and neighbors. Steven was professional in explaining where my system fail. He was able to diagnose the problem, troubleshoot it, and get my A/C unit functioning again. Also, the responded to my service request in under 24 hours.

So glad I found them. I had such a great experience and Jorge was so nice and thorough with the cleaning. They were on time and professional and showed me before and after photos so I could see the difference. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the service provided by S&L. The experience from scheduling the service to the execution of the service was very pleasant and professional. Jorge and his assistant came about 10-15 minutes earlier than the scheduled window (2:00 - 5:00) and was willing to wait until 2:00 since I was working from home. I really appreciated that. I will definitely use S&L again for HVAC cleaning services again!
Great experience! We had a problem with our heat pump. Called S&L and they were extremely prompt and very efficient. They diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Highly recommend.
S&L was able to fix my furnace when others could not! The overall experience with S&L was excellent! I highly recommend S&L.

S and l performed a complete hvac replacement for an older home. The age of the house presented several unique challenges. S&l did excellent work. They stayed in constant communication via text messages and phone calls. I would gladly recommend them.
IF YOU NEED YOUR AIR VENTS CLEANED USE THEM!!!! Read my review for confirmation. The website was simple and easy. Customer service was clear and gave me a simple cost breakdown. Booking was EASY! I used their service on 11/23/22. They gave me a time frame for when to expect them (2pm - 4pm) and they were communicative to let me know when they were en route and when they arrived. Plus. The two men explained what they’d be doing and they were VERY HELPFUL! They told me it would take one hour (I had 8 vents and a dryer air duct) but it took them less than the estimated time. They also cleaned up the dust spilled AND the debris in my vent closet that was there before they arrived 🥹. Plus. I think it was a really good price…I did a cost comparison AND considered reviews. They came out on top for those two things. I wish I asked them to take before and after pictures as a testament to their work but it’s okay. I am a HAPPY customer and definitely plan on using their services again in 2-3 years if I’m still in the Maryland area. 10/10 would absolutely recommend using them. Reviews matter so remember to review great companies so people, like me, who are looking for where to go can know who will provide optimum service. Be blessed!
