Our AC/furnace machine received a PM from an HVAC B & M technician. Very knowledgeable and polite.
They were efficient but also took the time to tell me when they were shutting off the gas, whether it was safe for my youngest to be running around, and when they were finished cleaning up. superb work, gentlemen.
They arrived on time, explained everything to me in a way that was both clear and useful, and came out to clean my HVAC system. Without a doubt, I'll continue to use this service.
We recently worked with the company and the first day, they had the heat running nicely, the second day the AC. I could say that I am more than satisfied with their work. We are satisfied with the outcome.

Great service. Technician checked the unit in the attic and outside. He focused on the job and got it done in a timely manner. He went above and beyond. Very courteous. I am very satisfied with the service!
Fast friendly service from the phone call to the office to the technician that was sent out. I really appreciated them calling when on way so I didn't have to air at home and wait. Thanks again for taking care of our needs.
We were really upset when our AC system broke down, we use the AC almost 24/7.. This is why we got so happy when Mike from the company arrived to repair the system.. Mike worked for 3 hours almost, but when he was done, the system came back to life.. We were saved.. Mike said to call him if there’s any problem with the system.. such a nice and professional guy..
I'm giving HVAC B & M a 5-star rating! I liked pretty much everything about them.. From their staffs to the quality of their service and their prices too.. I used them to repair my broken AC unit and they took care of the problem immediately.. I'm really satisfied and pleased!
I want to remodel a spare room in my house.. I plan on using it as a home office.. Of course, it needs an AC.. Luckily HVAC B & M is really quick.. They sent a tech over to do the job.. Although it's my first time, I can say that I made the right decision in calling them!

Very happy with the service I received. Was on time and efficient. Diagnosed problem quickly and then returned with the part later in the afternoon. Very nice and I felt like the tech was an expert in his craft.
He is the expert on A/C.. after hearing my explain of problem, he identified the problem in a snap.. I hired a AC guy before him who spent an hour and test here, test there and could not figure out the problem.. if you need to fix you A/C, this is the guy you need to hire!

the company has a quality group of professionals to work with.. They arrived on time and had everything needed for basic repairs available on their truck.. A/C problem was communicated well and the solution was approached in the most financial conservative manner.. I strongly recommend this company to be your A/C service group..
My A/C died on a weeknight and they were able to squeeze me in the next day to fix it. My technician was prompt, very friendly and courteous, and did a fantastic job repairing my A/C unit in less than 18 hours of it breaking. I highly recommend them to others!
