Star Services provides a response time that is undoubtedly impressive, but it's their customer care that separates them from all. Their team is made up of highly trained professionals which include more than one generation in some of their employees' families- that alone speaks volumes for the company. I appreciate the friendly and familiar faces. It's nice to be able to get to know the technicians over the years vs. always having a new guy/gal being sent out. And to top it off, their work is immaculate and expeditious, and greatly appreciated! 5 Stars for Star Services!
