Amazing guys the facts the owner himself came and replaced my unit is amazing. Best customer service especially during the summer with 100+ degree weather. Amazing family oriented business highly recommend them.
Capital City Comfort is the best HVAC Company I have used. Their technicians are punctual (usually early) and actually communicate their ETA throughout the day of your appointment. They also do a great job of explaining things to you in a thorough but easy to understand manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement, due to their fair pricing and their superior customer service.
Christian was very friendly and professional. Walked me through each step of the process and got the repair done quickly. Also took a look at other potential issues that could have related to my problem and solved them or told me next steps for those that he couldn’t. Highly recommended.

I am extremely pleased and impressed with your company and service. So refreshing to NOT be "upsold" in to a contract or treated like a number. The main objective of franchise companies seems to be to tie you in to a maintenance plan rather than focus on the problem at hand. I've already called 4 different people and told them that I've finally found a company that operates like ALL of them used to - with your customer as your priority. From making the appointment, receiving updates on arrival time and then, I can't say enough great things about Koston. Just a real pleasure to speak with ( can I recommend him for a raise?) lol. Thank you for being a customer driven company - they really don't exist anymore.
These guys were GREAT! Called at 11 am. I was given a window of between 2-4 and they showed up at 2! And he was finished a little after 3. Extremely courteous young man and Amy in the office was so nice and polite. So refreshing these days. Keep up the GREAT work. I give these guys 10 ⭐️’s.

Texted ahead to let me know the tech would be arriving early. Clean quick work. Co was recommended to me by both my niece and my brother in law. Told me ahead of time what he found and what to expect. Very professional. Not cheap - but then AC is too important here to go cheap - no problem.

I called yesterday after hours and spoke with Amy. She was fantastic. She was able to get in touch with Christian and have him come out and repair our A/C unit. Christian was also fantastic and very knowledgeable. Good customer service is so hard to find these days but these two were definitely awesome. Their customer service skills were outstanding.
