Honest, quality service. Got my system working again in less than one day.
If you are lucky enough to get a hold of Mr. Carl this time in the season (he gets 100+ calls some days) you will be blessed because the man is a LEGEND. He installed my ac 5 years ago, then recently when my blower stopped working he knew I can do electrical so we trouble shooted (via phone call/text) and found the bad circuit board. On the other hand Accutemp came eailier that day and quoted me 700 to replace a 15 Dollar 240 to 24 transformer that under my own inspection was not even bad! Please treat Mr. Carl with respect he deserves and I guarantee he will get you up and running with no BS.
Carl saved us big bucks on a new AC/furnace install. His quote on a Ruud 2-stage condenser was many THOUSANDS less than the same system from a more well-known competitor. The installers showed up on-time, and were finished by early afternoon.
I've called three times and left messages to have Carl Rodgers call me back about a unit replacement. I've passed his name to someone else and the experience has been the same. Must be a good problem to have that you don't want new business. Very unprofessional not to return calls. Once I would excuse. Things happen. 3 times is inexcusable.
Carl is very knowledgeable and honest. He diagnosed the furnace problem and repaired it promptly. His prices are very reasonable.
We bought a house and noticed that the AC was not cooling properly. The seller was contracted to get the AC to cool the house properly. So the seller used southeast to come to the house and see what the problem was with the AC. They said that nothing was wrong with it and that it’s just an older unit and they gave it a cleaning. Fast forward a month and the AC completely stops working. So we had another AC guy come out and they immediately identified that the compressor was blown out. They said that it was clearly at the end of its life. Southeast either intentionally concealed the fact that the compressor was bad on behalf of the sellers or they just failed to see that the compressor was bad. Thank god we got a home warranty and it covers the compressor. If we hadn’t had home warranty, we would have been on the hook to the time of $2000. The conclusion I Have is that southeast is either dishonest or incompetent
Carl Rogers is awesome. Talked to Marisa and she let him know about my need. He called me later and fixed it over the phone. Told me what to check and it was a simple fix.

When my A/C died after 14 yrs, my son called this company. I was returning home from the hospital when my neighbor looking after my pet broke the news that my A/C wasn't working. My son called this company and explained that I had to come home to a comfortable temp. The company was here in a blink, took care of installing the outside & attic units in 3 hours and I am now saving $50 a month. American Standard with a 10 yr. factory warranty on all parts.
Seemed very knowledgeable and explained things in great detail on his first trip. Said he would be back the next day to do further work and never showed up or called.
