My tech was Brandon. Very knowledgeable, explained everything before servicing my unit…issues/pricing/recommendations. He even followed up with a call the next day to ensure my issue was still fixed and we were satisfied.

Kevin was a phenomenal service technician! Prompt, professional, friendly, and great at his job. Diagnosed the problem (capacitor) within minutes. Had me back up and running within half an hour. He gave helpful advice for preventative maintenance for the future. Highly recommend!
Joseph was able to arrive earlier than initially anticipated and provided a thorough analysis of my HVAC system as well as his professional opinion on improvements to the current setup that could be made.
This is the first time using this company and I must say, I am impressed, especially with the technician they sent to our home. Mr. Joseph Yacoub really listened to our particular problem and situation. He took care of everything with professionalism and compassion, explaining the why and how of it all. They were courteous and professional. I called after normal business hours needing help with my AC not blowing cold during a heat wave. They were quick to assign me to a technician when no other company was around to help. He had all the equipment and parts to get the job done right. Brandon Harter was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t mind explaining what the issue was with my HVAC equipment. Mr. Harter worked hard and made sure that my system was back up and running/fully functional before taking off. Very pleased with this company’s service. 10/10, would recommend.
I live out of state and own a rental property near Baton Rouge. My system in that home went down and it’s hard to know who to trust when you are not there to interact face to face. The reviews don’t lie! I am very glad I called One Hour in Baton Rouge because our technician, Michael M, was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue promptly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue as quick as possible.
Kody came and saved the day!!! Called at 5ish to see if we could get on the schedule and he was at the house by 6:40 and had us up and running by 8:36 EVEN THOUGH he wasn't due to be at our house UNTIL 9PM!!! He ROCKS!!!

Brandon came out to give me some prices on replacing my unit as well as my duct work. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Gave me advice on making the new system more efficient. Very professional!
River City’s One Hour Air Conditioning is very professional and super helpful. I didn’t feel taken advantage of like you can with other companies. One Hour came out quickly and had the job done within just over an hour. They responded faster than expected and had the job done well. Well done!
Darren is such a great technician he was able to diagnose and fix the issue with no problems I loved how he kept me informed throughout the entire process of what the issues were and the course of action to correct them I would highly recommend him to my friends and family along with 1 hour AC and heating.
Mr. Leslie was great! This is his second time coming to service my AC and it was just as good if not better than the first. He was on time, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. Simply said, Mr. Leslie is the best and I’ll be requesting him for all services!
I called at 8 AM and Cody arrived at 12:30. He took his time to figure out what was going on. Very polite and professional. He made sure all of my units were working properly before he left. Would highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air!
They were early for the appointment and called to ask if they could come early. Brandon came last time I had the AC serviced. He is a good technician and very professional. Very knowledgeable and walked me through everything.
John was exceptional . He checked everything that could be wrong. It was the control panel , he went pick up a new one and installed it. Thank God for the Great job he did.

Probably goes without saying, but yes, on time! Nothing like your AC not working on a summer day in Louisiana, and a holiday at that. Bobby did a great job not only finding out what the issue was, but took the time to explain each step of the process giving me options all along the way. Never felt pressured to purchase anything that wasn’t needed. Great guy who really knows what he’s talking about, I highly recommend!
We noticed water dripping out of the ceiling in the kitchen, in the evening, on a sunday, on a holiday weekend😟 I called River City and Kevin was here within the hour! He quickly discovered what the problem was and really took the time to explain it all to me. Then he gave me some good options on how to fix the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to! Don't hesitate to use River City! (ask for Kevin!)
Technician very professional. Recommend cleaning coils to improve efficiency of unit and prevent mechanical failure, which I agreed to. Fair price, plus he helped me treat drain system with vinegar to prevent algae blockage of drain pan.
