If you’re looking for a company to service your AC/heating needs. Pack HVAC is definitely the company to call. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. My AC was cutting off and on for a few days. Called Pack HVAC and Mardrel came out the same day. Unfortunately the unit had to be replaced, but he didn’t hesitate with providing the necessary information to get a new unit in and installed to avoid us being in the heat. I’m truly thankful and grateful for his consideration and eagerness to resolve the issue. He and his employee worked diligently and quickly with getting the old unit out and the new one in, up and running. Now it’s like Antartica in here, lol. I would definitely recommend your services! I called several companies and they all said it’ll be 6-8 hrs before they can even get back with me to check and see what the problem is , if they even answered. I Called PACK HVAC SERVICES AND MARDREL CALLED BACK IN A FEW MINUTES HE WAS A MAN OF HIS WORD, CAME RIGHT OVER AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER! I HIGHLY recommend using this company they will not let you down. They are the BEST!
I would recommend this company for all your ac/heating needs:very professional and knowledgeable. The owner gave us very good advice on the different models and helpful tips for maintenance. The owner and his employee worked nonstop to get the job done. They kept us informed every step of the way.
Pack HVAC is very professional. Our AC unit went out and he came out—the same day and repaired it within one hour. He explained the process as every step of the way and the price was very reasonable. Because of this, I will have Pack conduct routine preventive maintenance every 6 months. I am so glad I found this company!!!!

I will always use Pack HVAC because they are focused on the maintenance and not the upsell. A competing company told my dad his air conditioner needed freon and a new condenser and quoted $1,100 and tried to sell him a maintenance plan. I had a feeling the company was trying to take advantage of him. I called Pack and got a second opinion. Pack told me there were no leaks and the freon levels were fine and did not see anything that needed to be fixed. The system is older so we discussed a reasonable plan and a timeline for when we would need to consider a replacement. Basically, we saved a lot of money, have a great maintenance plan in place, and have several more years of peace of mind.
My heater stopped working on one of the coldest days this month. After calling several companies, with no luck I was referred to Pack HVAC. They arrived in a timely manner, and the knowledge, professionalism, and great rates were un matched. My problem was resolved quickly. After several companies declined services to install a much needed thermostat, the owner of Pack HVAC came out for same day service, arriving in a timely manner. Got my generator today. Very excited, but more excited about the great work done in putting it in. No hassle, great service and quality work. I was also very pleased that they took the time to explain everything as they went along and what all I needed to do.
I’m really satisfied by choosing pac hvac. I was waiting for accu temp for 5 days to fix my ac and finally decided to check around. Pack was 2,000$ cheaper and they came the same day and installed a condenser. If your reading this trust me this is the company to use
Of the many companies called when the air compressor on our unit went out, this was the only company that came out the same day as called. Less than 24 hours later, we had a brand new system installed and running. Fast, friendly, professional and affordable services. I highly recommend.
I’ve been using Pack HVAC Service for some years now. The owner is always professional, when he come to your home he run test on the unit to see what the problem is. When you schedule an appointment they show up on time. Pack HVAC Services is honest and dependable. Their quality of work excellent. I strongly encourage Pack HVAC for all of your AC/Heating needs.
Came as soon as I called. Did not try to give me the go around or try to sell me on other services. He went straight to fixing the problem and had my house cooled down in no time. I will be using them for routine maintenance.
My AC unit has had several problems with over producing condensation, electrical issues, past maintenance neglect, and Pack HVAC has basically restored it at a fraction of the cost of what a new unit would cost. Mardrel specifically, was very knowledgeable, time efficient, punctual, and professional. I’d highly recommend them if you want honest and a fair company keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
My aged mother called Pack to come over to check out an abnormal sound she heard which she thought was coming from the attic. None of her kids were in town and it was a Sunday. Before Pack arrived, she realized the sound was coming from an electric toothbrush in the trash can. When Pack got there and she explained what it was, he was courteous and wouldn’t let her pay him. Wow! That’s integrity! We’re Pack people all the way! Btw, they always do a great job when there’s an HVAC problem.

Mardrell Pack helped with an AC unit needing to be replaced in my first house when I returned to Baton Rouge. I woke up one morning sweating because air had gone out - I called him then - 5am and he was at my house within a half an hour at 5:30 repairing it. Amazing and fair and honest in every way. Working with J is always a pleasure. This was a new installation in a home from the 70's. Although pricing at the time was soaring from Hurricane Ida, I was treated fairly and services were performed professionally, with thorough communication, and even when a part of the work fell outside of his scope, he provided resources to ensure completion and within the timeframe of my time sensitive project.
