Marvin AC & Heating company is hands down the best HAVC company I have ever had to pleasure of working with. They have all of the equipment to do anything from heating and air systems to duct cleaning. The company install a new heating and air system at my father-in-law residence. The installers were very professional and respectful to my father-in-law who is elderly. They did a great job installing the new heating and air system, they even cleaned out the ducts through out the home. They replace the air vents throughout the home for no extra cost. I got various quotes and their price was fair for the type of system they installed. I was out of town, so the owner was communicating with me over the phone, and sending me pictures of the tear-out and installation of the new system. The owner went out of his way to make sure that my father-in-law and I was completely satisfied with the installation. I will be using Marvin’s AC & Heating for all my heating and air problems in the future.

This is hands down the BEST CONTRACTOR I have hired in all of baton rouge. He calls when he says he will, follows-up when he says, he keeps you informed if something pops up. Ex: old lady without air... He asked if I could hold-off so he could take care of her. I'm very easy to work with, but most contractors would not stay in contact with you and just show up 3 hours late with an excuse. Plus, Marvin came to my house on a Sunday to look at my unit after church. He did not have to that. But that's the kind of service this company does. Old School CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's a new technology advanced ac unit and he's still learning how it works as well. So I too, am ok, because I know he's one of the best in Baton Rouge area.

I would definitely recommend Marvin’s A/C & Heating to anyone. He responded immediately anytime I called and arrived early both days he was scheduled to come out. He was very knowledgeable and took time to show me/explain exactly what was wrong with my unit and what he needed to do to fix it. He beat any other price in the local area and was fast and extremely professional. I will be using Marvin’s A/C & Heating for any of my future A/C needs. Excellent, and friendly service.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Marvin’s AC & Heating!!! He never got frustrated (it was super hot in my house and even hotter in my attic which didn’t provide much moving room), very professional and knowledgeable concerning my situation at hand!! I couldn't be more happy with my recent experience. I first contacted Marvin on a Tuesday late afternoon/early evening and his was at my house within an hour to assess my AC for a second opinion. For a first impression I thought to myself, this guy is legit! He stayed in constant contact with me when the part was ordered and setting up a time to install. Needless to say my family can sleep cooler thanks to him. His prices are great! He's knowledgeable, professional, and definite recommendation! Stop your searching here trust me!!!
