Mr. Breaux is awesome and has the best service in the Baton Rouge area

Mr. Breaux and Louis came by yesterday, ordered a new unit, had it delivered and installed today before noon. Additionally, they helped me with some issues I had with my handler from the previous installer. Cleaned up behind themselves and were very professional. I will use them from here on out. Thanks Mr. Breaux!
Breaux’s heating and air takes care of my AC needs at my rental properties and has always come through when I needed! Been using them several years and totally trust their work.
We have used Breaux's several times now; most recently, this past Saturday. They came out quickly and fixed our system right away. They are awesome. The price was less than I expected for an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks for the great work again!
“unprofessional”. Our contact was rude, tried walking into our house without knocking and was very impulsive with responses. When I was told they charged 160$ for a cleaning I mentioned I would do it myself to save money and was told to just hit it with a hose at a downward angle. Now, if I was going to get charged 160$ for someone to spray my unit with a hose, that’s insane. Finally I was invoiced for R22 at 79$ a pound. That makes sense considering an upsell from what it cost online for about $53 a pound, however they used 427A (the replacement for R22). With it being $8 a pound and still being charged 79$ a pound I feel that’s outrageous, but hey more power to them for scamming their customers PS. If anyone wants me to clean or charge their unit, I’ll charge half.
These guys did everything they could to help me out when I was turned down by several other companies. They not only let me come to his house to get the parts to fix my ac but also give me a $300 meter to check out my voltage input to motor home
Mr. Billy and Herb were very attentive, polite and timely. I would definitely use them again!
Breaux AC worked with us to get a new PTAC Unit for our condo. It wasn’t easy but Billy and his son stuck with it. They kept us informed and worked very hard for us. I will use them over and over again for my AC needs because they are trustworthy. And they do what they say they will do.
Stay away from this company..They will take your money and give you poor quality service.
We have used Breaux's for the last eight years. Two complete HVAC system installations (separate houses), a duct cleaning, and several calls for minor maintenance work later, we couldn't be more pleased. The professionalism, customer service, and prices are unbeatable. Mr. Breaux is always so kind and helpful and we are happy to support a local, family-owned business. Highly recommend this company!
Michael was very professional, and knew exactly what to do to service/fix my air conditioning unit even though it was designed very poorly! Very fair in pricing as well. Would highly recommend for all of your air conditioning/heating needs.
We have a heat pump - American Standard - 5 ton system - it is amazing - even helped our electric bill decrease! It works great - no issues at all - thank you!!!
Amazing! Billy took the time after hours, me being on west coast and he on central , over FaceTime helped me diagnose my Nest issues, thermostats issues and help me rule out isssues! Far more better service than I get out here in LA! I will hire Billy to replace my entire AC system this year!
Called a few company’s until I found this on. When they got out here they immediately got to work so I wouldn’t be out of air conditioning too long. Before I knew it my ac was fixed and my house was cooling down. Afterward he look at my vent and shows me how dirty my vents were and then he sent the vent cleaning guys out and the did a remarkable job made sure everything was covered and did a awesome job. I will be recommending them to all my friends.
I know and have done business with this company. The owner is a stellar individual. I've not seen much complain worthy. There is an obvious attempt at attention to detail, attention to customers, and speed, fairness and accuracy. I would recommend this business for anyone who lives in the Baton Rouge area.

My a/c unit stopped working Friday night. I left messages at five local places. Breaux's was the first to get back to me. Billy called and gave me a time frame of when he could come. And that is what happened. He quickly diagnosed and replaced the broken part. I am impressed. Competent, same day service. On Saturday. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Breaux's.
Nice to see a company not trying to take advantage of me. I called them to come fix my AC He told me it was a minor issue and charged me a reasonable price to fix it. He was a very kind young man.
